This location has been hit-or-miss for about the past year. However, today when i went for breakfast there were all new staff. They were friendly, the food was spot-on, and I genuinely felt like they get it now. Not sure if it is new management, but it was such a good experience that it seemed worth my time to let them know.

I know it’s “just Burger King” but very disappointed lol. Mozzarella sticks were so overcooked there was no cheese left inside. Whopper jr patty was a puck, onion rings undercooked. No sauces and no straw. Probably won’t waste my money here again.

If I could rate a 0 for service I most definitely would! I went inside to order and Josh was the one who took my order. As I was ordering he looked me at me and rolled his eyes. He handed me my change very aggressively. When it was my friends turn to order he yelled at them. He was very hostile and when he brung out my food he quite literally threw the tray at me. I still said thank you to him for bringing out my food but he ignored me. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning due to the hostility.
(Came to found out this Josh guy is the manager here, absolutely disgusted to know that a person like this is allowed to manage a restaurant and not care for customers)

Clean store! I’ve eaten here twice as I’m staying at a hotel nearby and each time, the food was hot and prompt, the staff was nice and meeting Josh this morning let me understand just how much the management cares about food standards and quality service!

Was just passing through Kansas on a trip to Missouri. There were quite a few people in there, but the service was relatively fast. Pretty impressed overall especially since I was with such a large group. It’s a burger king, which isn’t my favorite fast food, but it was hot and tasted fresh. Only side note, as can be seen on the pictures I’ve attached, this is obviously not the best side of town. There were quite a few homeless inside the store and outside of it, as well as an obvious gang presence from various graffiti outside. I never felt unsafe, but there was one dude yelling at a random woman inside. I don’t really care, but putting this in case you are a person who is easily frightened.

We stood at the counter while 4 workers looked at us, not saying a word, and moved on….. when I asked for the bathroom code, the response was, um- you have to be a paying costumer….. to which I waved a TWENTY dollar bill in the air stating I have been waiting.

I know many owners of these restaurants do not often get praise, but I would like to praise Kimberly as a fair, kind and just owner. Good on you, do not let hateful people ruin your kindness.
