The tables are literally “sticky” they are so filthy. No one gives the customers any attention. You have to order from one of the screens.. Food comes-out, eventually, and it was cold. You can’t say anything to an employee because they already went to the back again. At that, are you going to wait another 20+ minutes for more cold food in the filthy lobby…

New management now charges 15 cents for extra condiments (ranch, etc) on top of already highly increased prices on everything. Food is usually cold too. I’m done with this place and the greedy new management. Good luck with that.

Took my grandkids they both received kids meals i bought whopper Jr.. they have down sized their burgers. They were more like tiny sliders. Ice cream Sundays were the same way. Super tiny cups

The Kid in drive thru was a little rude and food was decent went there for breakfast and he tried to charge me for a coffee that was freezing cold when I told him that he said we’ll you can wait 10 min for fresh coffee if you dont like it. I told him to just refund me my money. Also he was the only one there so it took a while to get our food.

This is a fairly new resteraunt. So, normally I would be forgiving, but the staff needs huge improvements. I observed them drop the onion ring scoop on the floor and then go rinse it with a little water and begin using it again. I stopped them and suggested that it be properly washed, and that they toss out the rings. They did go wash the scoop, but they scooped the rings back into the basket, and refried them. I did not eat them, and I will not return, until I hear through others that things have improved. C’mon BK, you have to do better! We don’t want salmonella!

Update 09/14/19 Ok, I gave them another shot, and things HAVE improved (so I gave them another star). I’m trying to maintain a low soduim diet, so my order can be complicated, and they’ve nailed it the last two times I’ve been there. I think now that the new has worn off some, they aren’t getting overwhelmed all the time, and that has given them time to improve. Keep it up North Topeka BK! I still haven’t ordered onion rings again, though. Once bitten, twice shy and all….

Update 10/11/23 Went again today, and had no problems. We even got onion rings!
We were the only customers inside, the whole time we were there.
Apparently, lightning hit the building and shorted out their whole menu, which did make ordering a bit of a challenge, but the staff helped us out.
It was about as good as BK gets.

I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff at my local Burger King. Every time I come in, I see the same hard-working, friendly faces doing their absolute best to keep things running smoothly—even when they’re clearly stretched thin.

Unfortunately, it’s obvious the owners choose to run this location with the bare minimum staffing. It’s tough to keep a busy fast food restaurant clean and efficient when there are only three people trying to handle everything at once—from taking orders to making food, handling drive-thru, and keeping the place tidy.

That said, the team here deserves serious recognition. They somehow pull it off, day after day, with grace and hustle. Management should be investing more in this crew—they’ve earned it.

If you visit, just know you’re in good hands. Just be patient—they’re doing the work of twice as many people.

Done in and the lobby reeked on raw sewage. If it wasn’t for the low temps I would have ate outside. Didn’t stay long the smell was over powering

Why did i come back, had to repeat my order. Order taker was rude! And ive never gotten a response to my bad review like most other establishments do. no chicken, long wait in drive thru, and I got the wrong drink, this store has gone downhill, wish I could give negative stars. Would have gone back for a refund but that would have taken another 30 minutes. Avoid this place you will be very unsatisfied.

I don’t know what the issue has been lately but to sit in the drive through line for well, over 30 minutes is ridiculous.If you don’t have enough staff to run the facility, then close it.
