We rode through pretty late looking for food and most places we stopped at said closing soon but was already closed. But this burger king was open and gave us hot and fresh food even with them closing soon! So appreciated!

This was the first time My husband and I went to this Burger King. They have a new kind of soda fountain here. The Fry’s are good I’m just not crazy about the burger’s they don’t taste the same. I haven’t had Burger King in a while but I do remember they use to taste somehow different….

I don’t know who the big Mexican guy is that works there but he was rude for no reason I had a DoorDash order and I asked if they were done and he yelled at me saying we need to close the doors lobby closes at nine not 840 if you’re gonna work at a job like that do your actual job or go to college and get an actual job

They sell the new bikini bottom meal but don’t have all the stuff. They should mark the price down. It is extremely too high to not have all the stuff. They didn’t have the box it comes with or the pie.

Been disappointed the last few times coming here. Didn’t get a receipt so dropping my survey here. Food left out under heat lamp too long idk, it wasn’t their usual standard.

Didn’t even bother to return it. Got food across the street. Need a break from this BK.

We went in there and first of all the front counter person was very rude told us that the lobby closes in 10 minutes but we were in there before the lobby closed and said we couldn’t eat in the lobby second we ordered one of the steak burgers there was no swiss cheese or my fiance is allergic to the American cheese this was the worst service I have had the calendar person was also rude to another customer and are jalapeno cheese poppers were also cold

I ordered a whopper without cheese. This is the second time I have gotten cheese on my burger. I will not be coming back there until your people learn how to listen. NOT EVERYONE WANTS CHEESE ON THEIR HAMBURGER!!!!@

I ordered breakfast through the app for this location at 10:09am so my order would be in before breakfast ended at 10:30am, because I knew it would take me a min to get to the location. I arrived at the drive thru at around 10:35am. Told the employee I was there to pick up an online order. He then proceeded to tell me he needed to check because he saw my order but breakfast is over. I then advised him that I ordered before breakfast ended. I got there only 5 mins after 10:30 they could have made an exception. He then told me that they do not confirm the order and make the food until I get to the location. Which is understandable if they want to make it fresh. But because I pre ordered on the app the food should have been ready when I got there. Especially since they don’t wait to take funds from your account until you get to the location they take it immediately. Funds should not be taking until I get there if you don’t even confirm the order until you arrive. Further more this should be told to you in the app as well. I then proceeded to ask for a refund and was told I had to request it through the app. I went to try and make the request while I was there but did not see the option. So I asked the employee for help. He did not know how to help. So I then asked for a manager who could assist. He would not get a manager and I could hear a woman’s voice in the background telling him what to say. Which I assume was the manger and was just avoiding interaction with me. They couldn’t even give me a number to call. How do you work for Burger King and can’t give me direction for the app or at least give a number. This was unacceptable and the employees had no type of remorse for the situation. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience NOTHING! Do better Burger King!
