Unbelievable, the food was not bad and In still think BK has better quality than other fast food restaurants but charging 40$ for two meals and some nuggets is excessive. On top of that, they managed to not give us one of our burgers and told us there was nothing that could be done about it because we didn’t have the receipt even tho we had been there less that 10 minutes ago. Awful service and extremely pricey.

DESPICABLE, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING I know better than still eating at any fast food restaurant but gahhhh leee there’s no reason why my food is this old!!! I paid my hard earned money for TRASH!! How is this location still in business?? I worked at BK for years i know this food was just sitting in them warmers, this is by far the nastiest BK experience Ive ever had. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT I called to complain wanting to talk to a MANAGER the kid who answered the phone said there’s no manager on duty or no shift lead just teens who i heard playing laughing in the background who don’t care about nothing but themselves and that BK check… UNACCEPTABLE I will be going higher up for this

I tried breakfast at this Burger King for the first time and was very disappointed. They weren’t busy while I was there, yet they seemed rushed and unable (or unwilling) to be friendly or smile. The biscuits and gravy were not good, odd taste and no sausage in the gravy. The biscuits were stale; hard on the outside and odd rough texture to the inside. The SEC biscuit had the same stale biscuit and the egg and sausage had a strange taste. The hashbrown was just ok. The French toast was alright, but I ordered 5 piece and got 4 &1/2? Weird. I won’t be back.

Came to the drive thru at 5:50 am they had the nerve to say they o ly taking online orders…. at 6:00 am only online orders???? With 3 cars in the parking lot. Just go to McDonald’s this spot aint worth it.

This place is literally like 5 minutes across the Missouri boarder into the Kansas border!!!! They are open 24/7 & anytime I have ever been there everything was pretty all good, & delicious!!!!

When someone orders their burgers to be “hot off the grill” they want it cooked not raw. We had a single cheeseburger and a triple cheeseburger and all four hamburger patties were still pink in the middle.
It’s very apparent that the employees are just there for a check and don’t care about the jobs. The woman at the first window failed to ask my name before telling me to pull up when I informed her that I already placed an order on the app. The woman at the second window did not even say a word she just handed me my sack and that was it.

Got my order wrong, but I actually didn’t NEED a Whopper, the Whopper Jr. filled the need. So, meh. Also, the drive-thru isn’t really an “Atmosphere” kinda thing, the “Atmosphere” was my work truck, nuff said? That said, they were absolutely friendly and polite.

I order on the phone so I can pick up food quick but every time I go I’m stuck behind someone who ordered a lot and I have to wait 10 minutes behind them. One night I ordered on the phone before I left and when I got there I still had to wait for my food and they asked me to pull around front even though no one was behind me. Why don’t they ever ask people in front of me to pull around so I don’t have to wait 10 minutes when my food is already done. I’ve finally had enough of this. I’m just not going to come back.
