I went in to use the bathroom before ordering. The signs say for customers only on the bathroom doors and there is a keypad there so you must get an employee to let you in. I did not stay. For a fast food joint off a major interstate highway this place sure seems like they don’t want any business. So now the cutomers are not only incovenienced but it is assumed they are up to something? My advice would be drive a little further to find a decent restaurant or go next door to the friendly convenience store to use the bathrooms and get snacks and drinks.

Got to BK around 1:30pm there was no wait in the drive thru, we were immediately greeted at the menu, and our order was hot and ready for us by the time we reached the window! Exceptional customer service!

I made a mobile order to pick up. When I walked in a foul sewer stench hit me like a ton of bricks. A sign was posted on the men’s bathroom door that the sink was broken. I walk into the women’s restroom and one of the stalls is out of order and the handle on the other is broken and about to fall off. The smell was so bad I couldn’t even eat right away after I left. Crew was friendly. No problems with the food other than I was missing the onion ring dip and had to ask for a cup. But dear God that smell. I’ll never go back in there again.

Came here late at night after driving across the country, feeling tired and needed a snack. There was a nice woman with long hair that made my night because of her kind attitude. I hope she knows how her small acts of kindness made a positive impact on what was an extremely hard day for me. Love her. Food was yummy and cooked fresh

This is a great restaurant to eat at seems very clean from what I can see on the outside of the counter I tried to see on the inside of the counter it appears that they do clean and take care of things I’m not 100% sure on that I did witness a fast food restaurant of another name where they did a lot of violations so I’m always checking.
Overall it was very good food and fresh if it’s not they will change it and give it to you if you’re not happy. Couple small booths in some tables and chairs and a counter bar top

Literally placed an order online for pickup. Store says its open. Get there 1 car in the lot. Cannot get anyone to.open the door or answer drive thru. So cannot pick up my order. Cannot get the app to work to dispute the charges to get my money refunded. Absolutely ridiculous.

This BK sucks. The service stinks to high heaven. One of the workers there is always rude to customers. She needs to be fired. The lobby is never clean and stocked. The trash cans are overfilled. They never have ice in their lobby. The food is semi ok but not the best. I would have dined in but the lobby stunk of old meat really bad.
