Been there twice in the past week and granted, they are experiencing staffing issues and some equipment issues, but who isn’t. It’s frustrating for everyone. What is most important to me though is the food, and for what it is, fast food, mine was hot, delicious, and accurate both times. So far, they’re batting 1000 for me! Go BK!

Disgusting! My family and I went here to use the restroom and eat. The restroom smelled extremely rank and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. Both toilets were unflushed. After we left the bathroom I went out to look at the menu but got distracted by the plethora of dead insects scattered on every surface. We did not end up eating at this location. All this said, there was not another customer in the restaurant.

Lobby is regularly closed. Service at the drive thru has always been painfully slow. An example – today I waited ten minutes for a medium fry and some sodas… At a normal time to order a meal (just after 5pm) with no real line ahead of me. Painful.
