Chicken nuggets are paper thin and some kind of gray meat with gristle. Tea taste spoiled. I’ve never known this Burger King to have very good quality food. I give them another chance from time to time regret it every time. Campbell and battlefield intersection.

Placed an online order, asked for it to be made fresh when I got it. It was cold went inside and had them or asked them to remake it. Remade it without an issue. Great customer service glad they were willing to fix it and make it right this has become one of my new spots to get food on a regular now because of how well the team does here.

Overnight i go thru before work, managers are smoking in the store and take forever to take my order, call in the morning and the store manager she called me a liar. Go thru after work for my breakfast and it used to be good up until about 2 weeks ago, now everything is disgusting, I complain to the store manager again and she rolled her eyes and told me to go somewhere else. Her name tag says store manager then why doesn’t she act like one. Your night time managers dont even look like managers just wearing street clothes and smoking or vaping or w.e. in the store. Its not sanitary and I will be looking a a new regular place. Maybe think of getting a new store manager because this one is running the store into the ground and is just rude

On Jan 2 2025, my wife and I stopped at Burger King on South Campbell, Springfield, Mo. at 4pm for dinner. We love Burger King for their flame cooked burgers, but were sadly disappointed with what we were served. The burgers had no flavor, no grill marks, and tasted mushy and old like freezer burn. Sadly we will never stop there again. It used to be a great place to eat.

First time ordering from this location. It wasn’t fun. My online pickup order took 20 minutes. It looked dirty from inside. The workers forgot my free item, napkins, and condiments. Also, they handed me my order in an inconvenient way and the food was not good.

Nothing but nice things to say about the manager Bell even though she was working with a skeleton crew, and she looked exhausted she still went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back to this Burger King and only this Burger King.

Service time here is consistently and terribly slow compared to all other fast-food places in the area. Never go here if you want your food in under 20 minutes. Maybe I just eat at CFA too much.

They put both our drinks in the carryout bag without a drink carrier and with the lids not even fastened on, soaked my wifes lap and out meal im about one quart of soda. The burger king on republic has much better trained staff and is like a mile away, just go there instead

My wife and I stopped by on 7/16/25, and we were both totally blown away by the consistency and food quality we received.
I normally don’t find fast food reviews helpful, as most people know exactly what they’re getting. The food tasted as expected, but the presentation was perfect. All the food was wrapped perfectly, all the fries were placed right side up, and nothing was smashed or tipped over. The burgers didn’t have cheese stuck to the wrapper or hanging off the side. Instead, the cheese was perfectly placed in the center. The pickles, lettuce, and other condiments were evenly spread across the bugers without being light on one side or heavy on another.
I was so surprised by my own sandwich that I had to ask everyone else I was eating with if their food was the same. It was. Perfectly consistency all the way around. The order was accurate, the staff was polite, and the man who handed me my food even asked if we needed any additional condiments or sauces.
This is the best fast food experience I have had in years. They did everything right.
