I’m from another state but we stoped there for our lunch. I was at first not wanting to go there because of our previous experiences in our other Burger King restaurants. They were amazing! There were staff cleaning up the tables and the drink station. The place was so clean even the bathrooms were clean! The whole staff were VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE ! They had me check my order to see was with my order before I left the restaurant. They made HOT FRIES and kept apologizing for my wait on them. I told them that’s fine I like HOT FRIES and they agreed with me! The manager was out with the staff and helping with orders! This place was totally amazing for any Burger King we have visited in many years! I would recommend them to everyone!

I’ve never had a long wait at this location, whether through the drive thru or inside the dining area. the food is always hot, and they give you plenty of sauces and napkins if you request any. the dining area can sometimes be unclean but never enough to make me think they don’t clean often, likely just from people dining in and leaving a mess that staff simply has not had a chance to get around to just yet with orders coming in. it’s the most consistent burger king location I know personally

We were the only ones in the drive-through all we ordered was a burger some onion rings, a soda and a shake got all the way across town to our home and of course no one rings so we call him and they want us to come all the way back over there to retrieve onion rings that we paid for. That’s pretty bad.

This place could use some attention to detail. Like cleaning the place. As soon as a customer leaves all the employees run out back to smoke. Anytime spent not dealing with the customer is smoke time. They spend half their day outside smoking. The time should be used to wipe the tables between customers at least!

Way under staff drive the gets served before inside people waited half hr after half hour waiting on food sandwiches were cold . They need a manager need to care about the people that work there and treat them better,,, properly train each person instead of just telling the employees figureit out by themselves

well it’s 7:15 on a Tuesday night and small rural Missouri we are the only ones in the drive-thru, we ordered burgers we were told to pull up & wait although no one was behind us. got tha food & right away threw out tha fries. I ate 2 just to make sure, but they tasted like their oil needed changed. we got bacon cheeseburgers which tasted like they normally do. My date was overly aggravated about being asked to pull up. idc but wasn’t happy to have to throw out the fries.

I visited this place at 5:30 pm on September 14, 2025. I went inside and waited for someone to take my order. There was no one else in the restaurant and 3 cars in the pick up lane. Finally a girl came over and told me to wait until she finished. I waited and waited while she jabbered to her co-worker. I just left and went to McDonalds. It’s supposed to be fast food, not whenever we feel like taking your order.
