Disappointing!! Went through the drive thru last night for the first time in months. Ordered a double Whopper with cheese and no pickle. They charged me for what I ordered, but then gave me a single. When I tried to call after I got home, it disconnected several times. I’d like my money back or a free sandwich to replace, or both.

Enjoyed being there. No cashiers. All kiosks. No talking to anybody until you get your food. It was a Lil scary ordering this time because I was not sure what i was doing. Kids can order because they understand computers.
Evidently burger king does not read. I did not enjoy my experience at a kiosk. It was hard to figure out if you pushed the wrong buttons or where to pay or what you were really getting. I enjoyed the food I was given.

I contacted customer service and received a full refund within a day. I think that’s quite efficient. They mentioned that they would forward my feedback to the local store. Hopefully, the store will improve its service. Therefore, I adjusted my review to three stars and decided to give them another chance.

So I ordered a bunch of stuff, including two Whopper Jr. burgers with extra tomato, and I found that both of the burgers didn’t have ANY MEAT after I drove home. (And I don’t think a single slice of tomato qualifies as ‘extra’ or ‘heavy’. It’s not worth the extra $0.40.) Incredible! I will consider going to the Clark Lane store instead.

The service wasn’t good. I asked for the whooper to be cut in half and they told me that was unsanitary and didn’t . I have gotten my whooper from Burger King many times and they cut in half before. I feel like staff was being lazy and didn’t want to cut it in half and how is it unsanitary when you’re cooking the whole burger that makes no sense.

I ordered a whopper meal and I got the nicest wrapped up burger I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly. The burger was assembled as nice as it was wrapped. Awesome

I came through the drive thru. The person taking my order was a bit rude. I got to the window and seen the individual at the window was very confused. They took my debit card and after a few minutes gave me my order. I drove off and I could hear him calling me back. I was taught if you dont have anything nice to say don’t say anything. Well I grabbed my card and receipt and while I was pulling away the 2nd time they/them screamed and yelled trying to taunt me.
Maybe rethink assigning they/them to the window.

Ive been waiting for months to fix the sewage smell that permeates this restaurant. Just door dashing almost makes me sick. I do not eat at this burger king.
