We just had an amazing experience at the Burger King in Neosho, Missouri. It started with Shauna who took our order, she was amazing. The food was great! Then a young man named Daniel, came up and got our trash, while he was cleaning tables. Cory helped with the receipt. Great experience. Thank you, Burger King.

Probably the cleanest burger king I’ve been in.The staff was nice, they asked if the music was too loud. The food was good. Fries were a bit salty, but that seems to be a normal thing for Burger King now. Husband ordered a chicken sandwich without tomato, but they still put the tomato on it. Inflation of prices is crazy everywhere, but $23 for two people is just wild. Overall, decent visit

Dirty. Filthy. Employees are dirty. Had us pull fwd to wait on fresh fries. Came out 15 minutes later & wanted to know what we ordered. Finally received food 10 minutes later & they forgot the drinks. 40 minutes in drive thru total. Had to wait 10 minutes before our order was taken. Over priced. Will never visit this location again! Do not know how it passes health dept inspections.

Had a great experience today! The gentleman that took the order was friendly, outgoing, and super funny! The second window service was just as good with a friendly employee, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s nice that the employees seemed happy and the manager Andrea was very nice as well. Watched the window man, young long haired gentleman use no gloves and shove my fries into the box with his bare hands. When I told him I did not want them after seeing that, and I would like a different box of fries that he did not touch he got a major attitude and slammed the window in my face. He came back and gave me the food and proceeded to laugh in my face and slammed it again. What a horrible atmosphere and way to treat your customers kid. You’ll go far in this world.

Food was good, your typical Burger King Breakfast sandwich. The server was very polite and very apologetic for the wait. Apparently they had a huge order before myself and a few others so there was a little bit of a wait.

One of the worst places I’ve ever eaten for food and service. When we walked in, a gentleman was complaining to them about how far he had to drive and they messed up his order. We had one family in front of us. We ordered at 7:03 pm. We were in a hurry so that’s why we decided to eat “fast” food that evening. We noticed a lady got her food and sat down with her husband. She brought her food back and her ticket to show them they messed up their order. The manager took the wrong stuff off the tray and put it back on the warmer with the other food. My husband said we better not be getting what other people just touched! The family in front of us finally got their food and another guy that walked in got his food and was standing at the counter chatting with an employee. I looked at the time and it was 7:32 – a half hour after we ordered! I went to the counter and the lady asked me if she could get me something else?!! I said, “Our food, would be nice!” She told the guys she needed then to stop and make our food. They said they already did and pulled it off the warmer. She gave it to us and we sat down to eat. They, of course, did not follow directions. My husband hates ketchup and it was all over his burger. He wiped it off because we didn’t have time for them to remake it and mess it all up again. I literally watched the sun go down while waiting for the food. Three different people had their orders messed up in that supposed short time. Not acceptable and not a one time experience at this place. Oh, and the manager was absolutely worthless at this location. He was standing behind the counter the whole time. At least the girl was apologetic and trying to fix the problems. I have never had a good experience at this location in the last 10 years!
