I want a refund. This was one of the worst fast food experiences of my life. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window. I ordered a double whopper with extra cheese, my burger was cold, folded over, and had 1 piece of cold, unmelted cheese on it. My fries were ice cold. I took a sip of my diet coke, and it was not flavored – pure carbonated water. I went to go inside to request a remake or a refund, and the door was locked with a a sign saying the lobby was closed. I paid $18.53 for cold garbage, and wasn’t able to make it right because the lobby was locked.

Haven’t really had a bad experience here. I have been to this store at different hours of the day and the food has always been hot and fresh.
The breakfast items I had were all hot as well as the occasional Whopper with cheese meal!
The staff has always been friendly and courteous so no real problems there either! Friendly so that makes the visit enjoyable as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I pulled in at 11:50 PM—well before closing time—thinking I could grab a quick bite. Big mistake. Ordered a Number Two (which, ironically, is exactly what it tasted like).
The fries? Cold, overcooked, and somehow both stale and greasy.
The burger? OVERCOOKED, BURNT, DRY—like they grilled it in a desert, then left it out in the sun for a few days. The patties were SOOOO TOUGH, I started questioning if I had ordered beef jerky by accident.
To top it all off, I asked for ketchup, and the girl at the window acted like I had just asked her to donate a kidney. Full attitude included.
Honestly, I live three miles away and drive past this place every day. Now I know why I never see more than one car at the drive thru. Lesson learned. Never again. Waste of $20 and possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had. If ANYBODY is thinking about eating here, save yourself the trauma and just go home hungry.

Wow…. $16.12 for a barbecue brisket, whopper and this is what I receive please pay close attention to the burger in the picture provided , literally a tablespoon amount of what could be considered brisket, absolutely and thoroughly disappointed….NEVER AGAIN!!!

Could barely hear the guy on the speaker. Ordered a bacon whopper jr and it had NO bacon on it, even after I told the guy 3 different times to add bacon including at the window. Then asked for honey mustard which he forgot, then had to go back through to get it. This is ridiculous considering it was only me and 1 other car in line.

With only two people ahead of me, I waited in line 15 minutes before being able to order, and the employees didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
One of my orders of French fries only had about 5 fries in it. I let them know and the guy at the window handed me a new one, without even a bag.
All of the food tasted fine, but for some reason there was only a tiny bit of lettuce and Mayo on the chicken sandwich.
It was a very strange experience.

I like this location. They know my husband really well! We go here every week, I think at least 2 to 3 times a week. The Crew members who work there are always super nice! The only problem I notice is when people call in they expect 1 person to run the store and that’s not OK. At least if there’s one person, they either need to shut down for the day or shut down the inside and just run the drive threw or something. To be honest they should probably just go ahead and shut the store down for the day for safety reasons because you never know who’s lurking around. TBH, I’m actually worried for the employee safety. That’s one of the main reasons why I’m making this review cause no one should have to run a store/ fast food restaurant by themselves! BTW, This has happened more than once and we actually had to go to another location because Of this. They have some really great employees working there so don’t take them for granted!
