Can’t leave zero stars or I would. Pulled up with one car ahead of me and after probably 4,5 minutes it seemed as if she had been frustrated as well… Anyways I pull up and wait… Wait … Hello.. no answer, waited 2 more minutes randomly saying hi, yo, hey there, before I ended up leaving without ever talking to anyone. That car that was ahead of me wasn’t at the pickup window so I’m positive they left as well. No skills BK employees

Burger King ounce was my favorite burger spot. They had great whoppers! Today Sucked! And it seems to be a trend! The staff at multiple locations could care less if you’re satisfied. The burgers are thrown together without regard for recipe. I will not return any time soon.

Ordered thru the app for drive thru pickup. 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready, so they had me pull around to the empty parking lot to wait 10 more minutes. I was the only person there the entire time.

I was just there hardly an hour ago in the drive thru. That attendant had a really bad attitude, he had a problem that why I’m ordering at this time, even though they’re still open for 2 more hours , with every item , his response was oh my god, hurry up. He didn’t even give me the receipt, rather when he gave me the food, he literally told me to get out. I told him I’ll report to HQ, He doesn’t belong at this job. Why are they open until 2 am , if he doesn’t want to work at 12 am.

If I can give the service 0 stars I would. Very rude service twice from the same employee. When I pulled up to the ordering screen the employee did not acknowledge me and after waiting in an empty drive-through, I asked for assistance. The employee working at the location spoke to me like he was mad I was ordering food. Like I inconvenienced him while he wad working and was belligerent the whole process. You shouldn’t work there if you get mad at paying customers for doing exactly what you are paid to do.

Worst customer service in history whoever worked tonight march 16th around 9pm needs to be fired and he claimed he was the manger. Called for a delivery on their app and he got so defensive of that simple question and said what do you want me to do if about it. I asked for my refund since he claims they don’t deliver and he said he can’t do that. I need my money back and he needs to be fired asap this is crazy
