Walked into the lobby at 9:47. The sign on the door said the lobby closes at 10:00. The lady working said the lobby closed at 10:00. I said I know. It’s 9:47. She then said that she meant 9:00. How do you work at an establishment and have the lobby doors unlocked and yet the lobby is closed. It’s cool. Don’t want food poison anyway. Thanks for saving my money.

Drove up and waited 10 minutes, no response, drove around and waited in the parking lot a bit and then got service and was informed that the prices on the menu board do not reflect the actual prices that are charged at this burger king. (The top left deals are 2 for $5 and 2 for $6 here, despite the menu saying otherwise) All in all an interesting experience. The drive through is in bad disrepair, I just went here because I felt bad that McDonald’s is always busy and bk is always dead, now I am starting to see why…

Please don’t eat here after dark.They has hired everyone from Hawthorne who smokes weed and crack.They don’t wash their hands and don’t ware gloves.I seen this guy with brown dreads sneeze into his hands and continue cooking.If you don’t like germs I advise you not to eat here.They don’t follow up on complaints the food is never fresh and nobody ware gloves.The most horrible burger king I ever seen in independence Missouri

This place’s food is very delicious and tastes good. They completely overhauled the building and looks very great as well. The service has always been amazing every time I go there and the workers are quick and very friendly. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good burger King.

I visited the new 24 Highway Burger King today and ordered a sausage egg biscuit and full order of biscuits and gravy. Biscuits burnt and hard as a rock on both sides on sandwich and b&g. Food not hot. Barely warm. This bk just got an over haul looks nice and we get hard biscuits and barely warm food. They need to hand out metal forks not plastic to cut these biscuits. Our neighborhood deserves better. We deserve hot and soft biscuits.I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
