When you walk in the soda, fountain doesn’t work. I’ve told the manager about my food. That my junior whopper was hard. And it had way too much sauce on it. It was oozing out every time you tried to take a bite nasty. My chicken fries was old and cold and hard. The soda tastes nasty.I told the manager I wasn’t happy and all she said to me was oh, i’m sorry. She didn’t offer to put me down for a meal.Another time, maybe give it a try later.Nothing very dissatisfied probably won’t be back there. Good job Marshfield Missouri you FAIL. IF I COULD TOTALLY GIVE YOU LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD.

A half hour for a Number 2 meal. Cars piled up and the worker bringing out food stops to smoke outside the restaurant.
I visited this store around 1:30 pm on 11/25/25. The drive-through service was awful, and they didn’t give me a receipt – Likely because they didn’t want a survey given. The drive-through took about 15 minutes to get to the window. They started having people pull forward and wait for their order – I guess so their metrics would not look bad. The blond woman who took my order was also bringing food out to the cars that were waiting, but not mine. People ahead of and behind me got their food, eventually. The only thing I ordered was the Number 2.
I waited and waited. About 20 minutes went by, and there were more cars piled up. As the blond woman brought food out to the car behind me, she went up to the side of the restaurant and was smoking a cigarette. Unbelievable. I was about to go into the restaurant and ask what the heck was going on. About 10 minutes later, she came out with my order. It was nice and cold by then.
I am going to report this incident to corporate as well. The fact that there are cars parked up waiting for their order, and the woman sits outside and smokes, really irritated me. I love the food at BK, but it will be a long time before I go back.

I’m not sure what I regret more, stepping foot in your store giving you money or stupidly sitting in your dining room listening to two of your employees fighting. The only one I saw was some blonde girl yelling “just get off my back.” She was told to go on break and is currently standing by the front door pouting. I am also wondering why the menu item is pictured the size of an actual decent size sandwich but received barely the size of two ketchup packets. There were barely any mushrooms on the sandwich but pictured pouring off the sides. The worst part was the mushrooms were completely cold. I didn’t even bother going to the counter to rectify anything because clearly employee behavior is the root cause besides quality of food being served. A lot of things need to be addressed before anyone steps foot in your store.

I think burger king is the most underrated fast food place. Their burgers and nuggets are light years ahead of mcdonalds. You just have to know the BK your going to as quality varies WILDLY.

So my husband went in and ordered six whopper juniors like we do all the time two for five dollars and they charged him $25.96. so he went inside to talk to the manager and was told because he had already paid. There was nothing they could do about it now I know that you can cancel a transaction and re-ring the food. There are young kids working there who obviously are not trained to do their job. Very aggravating

Best Burger King I’ve ever had the privilege of driving through. Respectful, fast, food was delicious and looked appetizing. They were accommodating of my last minute order change at the window. Just good all around. Their only mistake was forgetting the napkins, but I forgot to ask for them so you know, no harm no foul.
