Ordered the maple barbecue bacon burgers with the crispy onions.. didn’t get any of that. Added items we specifically requested off (cheese). Complete waist of time and money. Will not be ordering here again. I work in fast food and it isn’t that hard to get an order right.

5 Stars!!!! Was there today it was worth my lunch break, there was a bit of a wait. It was explained there was a new system they were still getting used to, food was great staff was very friendly and thoughtful service was worth the wait. I got a whopper with cheese, always gotta remember to get that cheese, the whopper doesn’t come with it so I’d hate to forget to request it (don’t wanna be one of those jerks that forgets to get it then tries to blame the high school kids cause I can’t look at a picture).

Was hoping this would be a good hamburger as I remember a Whopper was from the 70’s. Big disappointment. First the fries were excellent although not fresh and hot. The Wopper was terrible. Two dried out “meat” patties and and added surprise of a hair. Guess fast food just isn’t what we grew up with. Can we go back to paying fast food workers $3 an hour instead of $15 and up? The food was better, the service was better, and the restaurants were clean.

I really like coming here for my lunch breaks, but just giving everyone a heads up please say what sauces you want At the drive-through speaker, they won’t ask you if you want any sauce and if you don’t say anything and get up to the window, you will catch some attitude for asking for sauce and then get lectured about saying it at the drive-through speaker I mean I’m 42 years old bro I don’t need to be lectured Every restaurant has a different policy for sauces I didn’t think it was that serious and if it is, that’s serious of an issue please just ask at the speaker man dang. Ordered through the app and got the wrong burger. Most places? No problem, here’s a refund. Burger King? The store can’t refund an app order. “Contact customer service.” Customer service asks a bunch of unnecessary questions. Then, “this doesn’t qualify for a refund. Do you want a coupon? No? Please refer to our terms and conditions for the app.” T&C says “no refunds unless approved by customer service rep.” I had no recent refunds or problems and got the wrong burger, but that doesn’t qualify for a refund. I’m deleting their app and will probably never come back, but everyone says that…

Food was warm but not hot tasted off. Didn’t see a clean table anywhere trash and ketchup on every table. I’m not sure the last time the oil was changed In The deep fryer but the fries looked like they had pepper on them and bits of burnt food in the fry bags. The bathroom was so gross I didn’t wanna wash my hands. Definitely will skip this location on my next trip through.

STOP LOCKING YOUR LOBBY! I drive a truck pulling a trailer so I cannot go through your damn drive through. Stop being lazy or understaffed. Idgaf what the reason is. Your doors say lobby hours start at 6am, its 9am and I can’t get in. This is unacceptable, do better.

Went in with my family on a Saturday afternoon. They were not busy whatsoever. No patrons in the dining room and maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. The dining room was a total disaster. Food all over the floor, tables not wiped down and supplies not stocked in the dining area. We had to ask for cup lids and instead of them being like “oh we need to stock those” …they just said “how many lids do you need” The food was sloppy and the bacon on our burgers was extremely tough to bite into. Tasted like the microwavable bacon instead of authentic bacon. I get it, you get what you pay for. But Red Robin charges less and has fresher food. Won’t be coming back to this location. The staff was standing around talking 90% of the time instead of directing their attention where it was needed.

We popped in while running errands and had to share that the team was very friendly and professional. Great attitudes! Food was fast, correct and hot. These days, iguana adventure going into places but this was a good experience!
