I ordered via the app, and went inside to pick up my order. I received my order exactly as I had ordered it. I was impressed. The burger and fries were fresh and extremely hot. The food tasted amazing.
The customer service was impressive. The guest that in line before me spoke little English and the worker thought he may have difficulty using the fancy all in one machine, he had 8 drinks to fill. He indeed had difficulty and she filled his beverages for him. This kind act was extremely impressive on a professional and personal level. I highly recommend this location.

I’m writing this LIVE… I literally ordered 15 minutes ago and still don’t have my food. There was ONE car in front of me. It’s like they have no urgency. There is no reason they should be this slow with almost ten workers in the store and one is just ripping stickers??

This place is a total gamble. Last time I went it was really good so I thought I would try it again. I went at about 2:30 PM. One of their microphones doesn’t work or something and you can never hear anybody at the speaker. I order a rodeo burger and two spicy nuggets. Guy is nice and pulls me forward. I get my food and I grab my burger to eat it and there’s no Patty. Just two buns and two onion rings. I go back in and there’s a line of people just waiting at the front counter staring while this one dude, the same dude who got my order is doing everything. Except he looks miserable and he’s doing it slowly. He looks up. He sees me he sees my open bag and he looks right back at his work and proceeds to ignore me for the next five minutes.people were standing there for five minutes at least, and he never said a word to any of them. Too young girls were on break. It looked like in the lobby because he called them back and they disappeared into the back. I finally left because I knew I wasn’t gonna get service anytime soon. Obviously my nuggets weren’t fresh after that either and when I got home to check them, it almost seemed like they weren’t fresh to begin with, but I couldn’t say for sure. some people work really hard here and you really good customer service, but there’s a whole bunch of people who don’t too. And it makes coming here a total gamble. Broadway restaurant Group get your act together your Creve Coeur Olive Boulevard location is making you look really bad. I don’t wanna sound like that person but this is one of many bad experiences. I’ve had here due to the roller coaster nature of their service. I live in the area and there’s no other Burger King around. I keep swearing. I’ll never go back and then I’ll try it again and sometimes they hit it right, and then the next Time you dare, you’ll get burned. it was probably just a simple grill mistake that made could’ve been easily fixed. I didn’t even want a new burger just slap a patty on it and I’m out of your face, but all I get is ignored.
Edit: got further into my order and there’s a old dried up something and a half in my nuggets and i only had 7 nuggets.

Worst burger king I’ve ever been too food wise. I had to use a napkin to wipe the mayonnaise off my sandwich because there was so much. All you could taste was mayonnaise. The fries tasted old. Literally just wasted 15.00 only giving 1 star because it won’t allow me to post with a zero.. it was so loud from the Bluetooth speaker playing rap music in the back that you had to basically yell to give your order. Then once sat in the dining area they had that music so loud trying to drown the music from the back.

Very unfriendly staff, no common courtesy for the customers, they measure up all the time and treat you like an idiot for coming back and trying to get the food that you paid for.. one person is fine but there was three people that did the same thing to right after me.. jobs not that hard

This review is for the second-shift only as they make this franchise location great (the first-shift is okay). Second-shift is very respectful and polite while auto-correcting problems better than e-digital smart cloud technology Google. There was one time second-shift made a mistake (things happen) and without me having to explain anything, they corrected the problem correctly, respectfully, and awesomely. One worker even looked me in the eyes while apologizing for the mistake (these days, people lack such social skills and respect).
