When we walked in to this location yesterday-the cashier was ignoring us. I asked if he will take our order, as he continued to ignore us and take orders from customers in the drive through. He yelled “ can’t you see I’m by myself here” and rolled his eyes and turned his back to us. There were 3 other men present. I asked for his name, one other staff member said his name was John -unsure if that’s his real name or not.

We will not be returning to Burger King again and we will make others aware of the terrible attitude and experience of this location .

Food was fresh and the guy working the drive thru was the only front end worker and you couldn’t even tell. He handled it so well without much delay. Honestly deserves a raise and some appreciation for having to do that. Management needs to do better and give their workers more support.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BURGER UNDERCOOKED AND THEY PUT KETCHUP WHEN I SAID NO KETCHUP I ADDED THE ONION RINGS TO THE BURGER THEY WAS’NT THERE, NEITHER WAS THE BBQ SAUCE I ADDED. MY SIDE OF LARGE ONION RINGS WAS NOT EVEN FILLED LIKE A LARGE. EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND TRASH. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I would please like the owner of this franchise to tell me why it took 9 minutes for someone to take my order being the first person in line in the drive-thru when there wasn’t one customer inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru??? Yet your employee with a headset on was out talking to somebody in a black SUV as she asked me to wait and then asked me to wait a second and third time while she continued talking to a person in a black SUV outside the restaurant??? And this is now the second time I’ve seen this type of thing when sitting in your drive-thru not getting my order taken, I think you might need to actually spend some time at your own establishment and see what’s going on!

This place is genuinely awful. The workers here told me to pull around because they just dropped fries. I placed my order online 15min ahead of time. But I say thank you with a smile and pull around. The workers completely forgot about my order. Left me outside and continued going thru drive thru orders like it’s nothing. 20min pass. I’m still waiting. I get up to knock on the front door, where he told me to wait, and without hesitation he begins yelling at me to go away. My order has been sitting there getting cold. Ain’t no reason they had to keep me here. Certainly no reason to be yelled at by employees. I’m not treating you wrong or disrespectfully by knocking and reminding you that I’m here when you CLEARLY FORGOT. Why are you treating me poorly? Very rude. Poor customer service. Won’t come back.

I write this review as the same employee spits on my car 🙁 sir you are mean spirited.

I went to that place on November 30th around 6:10 to 6:20 while waiting for my order at the drive-thru. I saw one of the employees take one of my fries. It was extremely unpleasant, so I will not return to this location. They should check their employees on the security cameras. That’s very unpleasant, especially when they do it right in front of you. I’m supposed to be paying for my food.

We ordered 3 original chicken w/ tomato….. $2.50 a piece…. Plus tomato cost.
We received 3 chicken w/ no tomato and they were at regular posted price. Girl at window refused to give us the deal and we got home and there were no tomatoes on any of them. VERY dissatisfied. We go here often.

The young lady at the drive through had a horrific attitude for no reason. I asked for light ice and the ice was filled to the very top like she did it intentionally. Not sure why management would have the young lady on the front line. $27 was my ticket… even tho everything else was descent except for this young lady … made me feel it wasn’t worth it.

Whoever the darker woman manager is with the dreads is EXTREMELY RUDE she got mad because I stood there and placed a mobile order because I had a coupon and she yelled why would you place a mobile order and Im standing here and I could have just took your order the way she talked to me and said whatever and walked off was very unprofessional this was favorite BK but I will NEVER come back because of her. she needs to work on her customer service skills for sure.
