Horrible experience, Door dashed this place. One time, first time ever eating at this place. The whole entire bag dripping with my drink spilled out. My food was soaked. I didn’t even get to try it. Dasher said they handed him the food like that. Couldn’t believe the restaurant would have handed him the food like that but after reading the reviews, I believe it! 100%

The young man taking my order was very pleasant. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo, no lettuce. Forgot to ask for no salt. Im beginning to think all fast food down the fries in salt!! Anyhoo… While we didn’t wait long….. fries a bit salty for my taste (refilled my soda at least once to counteract), and the chicken looked overcooked and still had lettuce ( next time, I’ll ask for plain….) I didn’t want to wait for a replacement as I was already getting hangry.

I wont go back here, 3 times is a charm. 1st time biscuit was to hard, sent it back, came back hard again, sent back 3rd time was fresh. 2nd time overnight cashier was SWEET as heck VERY NICE. She let me know day shift was late and she doesn’t know about breakfast. The cook served me a cold untoasted croissant, with warm sausage and egg. 3rd time was today, was told no egg, card only, and rudeness. I wont return

Never can take any kind of payment when they finally said they could take card. Only took my order and then had me pull backwards while I waited so that they could mess app their metrics for the drive through time. So it looked like I wasn’t waiting there as long as i was .Everything took forever

I am 42 years old and I have never in my entire life. Been to a fast food restaurant where I was treated so poorly. Poorly, my life was threatened by a guy who says he was the manager. This happened today about 545 I asked him to repeat what he’s initially said to me and he immediately. Became rude and unprofessional.
The conversation ended up being an altemission with threats being made to my life. I understand this place has 3 stars. And maybe I shouldn’t have went in the first place because of that, but I never expected to be treated in such a way. I have.

I stopped in the drive thru ordered an impossible meal. I was told they had no more impossibles. I went home ordered door dash from the same exact restaurant same exact meal. Don’t know if I can trust burger King anymore. is this an impossible or a whopper? Did they lie or were they just being lazy? Either way fast food is about to lose me completely. Doesn’t look anything like their photo . I WANT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!

I have Came on multiple occasions all time at night.Telling us that they can’t do drive through orders.They can’t give us change and we can’t use our card and they can’t give us change back. I could see this happened on some days but I live in the area and it has been over 6 times to the point I won’t come back. Something seems illegal going on in there like people are skimming money off the top.. I’ll always go to the Burger King on 270 An West Florissant before this one.
