I’m not sure of the names of the people who are working today around 12:00 all I ordered was a bacon King hot off the grill with extra bacon and they did not fail to deliver it was amazing fresh perfectly put together no floppy patties everything was completely center so I just want to say thank you for feeding me one of the best burgers I’ve had from Burger King in at least 10 years.. Doordash 1/1/2025 at 10pm, waited 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. 1 person in drive thru, 3 dashers parked for their orders. I’ll never take another one from this location. This is how money is lost and businesses are shut down. Absolutely Pitiful!

The workers seemed fairly nice for being likely overworked and underpaid. 20 minutes to order with 4 cars in the drive-thru, another 15 minutes to get the food, and another 10 for me to ask for, then walk inside and get, my drink. No hate on the workers, but I hope I never end up here again.

This place is horrible. Walking in the manager is literally throwing someone’s things out the door. Then I place an order and ask for a soda in my kids meal because they can’t have milk or apple juice, I was told I’d have to buy a soda separately, so I said just give me the smallest cup you have. She rang up a small which is like a 12oz cup instead of the value size one when the price difference is like a dollar more. I asked why I wasn’t given a value size one since the price was $.50 higher than that of a small and a medium but the med is almost 10oz more. When I asked why she said cos that’s what she rang up. When we got our food my fries were spilled on the tray but when I put them I. The container it was barely half full. There were two young people walking around in street clothes going back and forth behind the counter… getting drinks, yet a man was thrown out because he had been sitting at a table for 30 minutes and didn’t place an order. The people working act as if the customers are an annoyance to them. This place is pitiful.

They are extremely slow and no matter what you order they Park you something to do with their wait times they’re trying to fudge the numbers I don’t care if you ordered a glass of ice water they would probably make you pull around and Park they need to get this figured out. UPDATE. I went back at 7:30 in the morning for breakfast I was told they were out of pancakes then I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on biscuit value meal I was told the biscuits were in the oven so theyc not sell me that I was upset the question should have been do you have anything on the menu available today I was so mad I just left they are spending more time driving customers away. Update. I tried it again just to see if things got better and now they were out of biscuits and they were out of sausage all they had was croissant bacon sandwiches. I was so disappointed I just left. I will never give them another try you can only give them so many opportunities to get this right horrible horrible management. Bb. UPDATE I sat there and waited to order for 12 minutes I finally pulled around to the window and the lady was upset with me she let me order and then she made me back up so I didn’t mess with her drive-thru times it was such a bad experience customers were leaving behind me trying to get out of the drive-through they were turning down so much business I went back just to see if things got better and they have gotten worse unbelievably horrible horrible service. Do not believe the 5 star ratings. NO WAY. Went back at a much much later date this time the service was faster obviously an entirely different crew and I tried the tacos which look just like their competitors but these were much better and they had a lot more me I was really surprised they were really really good these tacos are going to be the next big thing of Burger King. I highly highly recommend them.

If you are going here plan on getting your order wrong. They always screw up my order and this time I decided to actually call and they said they would only replace my sandwich and that I had to bring it back even if it’s a week later. Come on. Do better. There was no one in drive through and 1 car in the parking lot which was probably the employees car. No rush… not busy… and still can’t get the order right. Oh ya and if you don’t have a coupon plan on paying $10+ a person these days.

One of the best experiences I have had a Burger King. The staff was courteous and polite, the food was excellent. I know fast food can get tedious and often doesn’t get the praise it often deserves from the public, but I have to stop and commend the staff at 4008 Chippewa Street in St. Louis for making me feel welcome in their establishment.

Was blown away with my visit. Staff was friendly, in particular the woman who took my order was very friendly and despite being new to the register was professional and pleasant to talk to. Food was fantastic as well (got a double whopper and jalepeño bites), and the dining area was clean and well presented. It was miles ahead of my previous experiences with Burger King and fast food in general, and I will be coming back.

Ok basically we are In line to order and the workers having chaos and calling customers disrespectful things and a lady particularly was yelling and screaming at others and we waited 10-20 minutes but whenever someone got close it was not to take orders is was to give others refunds and having the wrong meals so if you are coming here don’t if your in a good mood
