I recently have been able to notice a change and figured there was new management. I use to have so many issues at this location and dreaded the thought of this being the closest location and felt like I was almost forced to go there. Within the past month or so, that feeling has slowly started to change. Saturday night, 11/1/2025, I went in about 8 PM. We had 2 orders. There was a man in the background complaining about our entire order. To the point to where the lovely woman taking our order was not able to hear us completely. Some of our order was messed up. While trying to figure it out, this man was butting in and making things even harder. I called and spoke with the GM, Antonio, about this interaction. Antonio was amazing to speak with he stated he is pushing to gain the trust of his customers once again and this is in no way how his customers should be treated and this will never happen again. The way he handled my complaint was exceptional!! I can really tell how much this location means to him and the way he is willing to go above and beyond to make it right with his customers is amazing! Keep up the great work, sir!!

This is probably the best Burger King in St. Louis. They cooked the food so good and everything was correct. Theyre incredibly fast, hard working, and they were so so sweet to my dog with lots of compliments. Thank you!!

I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper. I haven’t visited a Burger King in many years but went on a whim.
The place was very busy–not too many people inside but the drive-through was clearly keeping the employees running. The soda machines were out of several flavors, so the person taking orders was also running to drive-thru and making drinks.
The Impossible Whopper was quite tasty and well-made. I never cared for beef so I’m not in the habit of ordering burgers. At the risk of sounding silly, it was possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The onion rings, on the other hand, were burnt and tasted bad, which is a shame since they’re a great delivery system for Zesty Sauce. I didn’t wind up finishing them.
I wish there had been outdoor seating. There was a small courtyard area where a table clearly could go, and perhaps used to go.
The restroom was clean and well-stocked.

The older lady who has grey hair who works Sunday morning sometimes. She needs to keep her attitude at home. I should have not be talk to reckless because Im asking about my order or trying to replace an order. Im the one spending my hard earned money. Never again on a Sunday morning. It took me awhile to post this review but I had to.

Absolutely lousy service. The young man taking orders with his hair in his eyes had NO clue. Waited 20 minutes for a double w/ fries & 8 piece chicken. After 20 minutes I asked what’s happening, the lousy expiditor started yelling if I want my money back to step up. Just LOUSY SERVICE. I ACTUALLY TIPPED THE HAIR IN HIS EYES GUY. They gave me money back (minus my tip) cannot believe this place is still open. Has happened before.

I came here to get some tacos, thought I’d try something different. Well I’m sorry to inform you that they’ve tried to copy Jack in The Box and failed. Their taco are greasy but the meat is not cooked properly. Don’t ask for salsa because they charge you and you get ranch. Then I park and go inside, after drive-through and the employee’s try to insult your intelligence a little more by giving a cup of taco sauce in a sundae cup. Cheese looks plastic, I have several photos so you can decide for yourself. My opinion is that if you want greasy tacos stick with Jack in the Box, this place is a joke as far as a lot of food on their menu. Pictures speak a thousand words!
