The online app is lack luster. BK promotes that there is over 78,732 ways to make a whopper buut on the app its very limited and where they push for promotions. WE can’t get EXTRA ANYTHING. This is the very first time that I am asking for a regional director or corporate to please contact me in all my Google reviews. Just to clarify the staff was amazing and order was as it should be minus my options to modify which is out of their control.

The most infuriating drive through at this brand new build. Literally 25 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Which of course was cold and incorrect (ordered no Mayo on whopper, and it was swimming in it). They clearly needed a LOT of training which should have been done BEFORE opening. Seemed to have some orders wrong for cars in front of us, but rather than telling them to park while they corrected, we all just sat in line. Unreal.

The time is 920pm 6/2/19. This is what I was given tonight and I’m so upset. Supposed to be a chicken bacon club. I’m most upset with management. When I called to not complain but inform her of what I was given so the problem could be checked. I was HUNG UP On. No, I wasn’t rude. No, I didn’t say anything impolite. I tried to call back several times my call went Directly to the voicemail. This piece chicken is hard as a brick I could barely tear it apart. I took a few bites in shear disbelief. I’m hurt.. I WANT ANSWERS. WHY?

In my experience my orders have been correct the vast majority of the time, if there ever are any errors they are small. Super nice lady often working the drive thru in the afternoons, customer service for me has always been great here. Sometimes you may have to pull forward to wait for an order but it’s usually only 5 min or so and pretty much every fast food place does that now days.

Service was friendly but slow. We ordered the 2 bacon cheeseburger fries and drink special with a side of mozzarella sticks and a medium drink. It was about 15-20 minutes to get the food (lunch rush). The food was unremarkable, standard fare for fast food.

i feel weird reviewing a burger king with this much enthusiasm, but i love this place. i live nearby and go probably once a week. the staff is always friendly (and not in the creepy chik fil a way) and my order has never been messed up. one time they asked me if they could give my dog a chicken nugget and gave me like eight nuggets. God bless these people.

The lobby is not so bad, but looking behind the counter were they serving our food is filthy nasty floors table legs. Dirty buckets and food under the tables were they are cooking. This place needs to shut down to be cleaned ASAP.
