Food is great shakes are great if they have anything up and working that is. When it’s functioning it is a great place as for as fast food chains no complaints. But you roll the dice on time it is open what machine is down what food they are out of. So if you are lucky and pick a day it’s on point have a great meal. If not head down the road and forget it.

We went to the store at earth city Missouri a few days ago. I took my grandson and went through the Drive thru. I had the best service that I ever had. The gentleman that waited on us was Andre Evans. He not only was extremely nice but he was a kick to talk to. I hope this gets back to andre and with the very least gets a pat on the back. Tell andre this was the guy who ordered 20 cheese sticks. Thanks again andre.

Went there to get $3 whopper through app took 5 times for girl to get code right ordered with cheese no tomatoes no pickles she puts on screen no onion tell her I want onion no tomatoes no pickles get burger decide to eat it there in case something was wrong tastes a little different but edible look at the bill says impossible burger which I didn’t order and double cheese which I didn’t order do not go to this Burger King unless you are ready to have your order messed up make sure to check your food and bill before you leave good luck

Walked into the dining room to grab a quick burger. The clerk who was standing behind the counter, would not take my order because they were only accepting orders, Peter mobile app then why is your dining room even open? He refused to take my order and send me on my Way don’t even bother stopping at the store they are completely unprofessional and not willing to help customer to walk into the store apparently only through the app.
