Two bad experiences in the past two weeks. First bad experience was the establishment having no biscuits at 9 am. Second bad experience on Jan. 2nd, they were taking cash only and only one biscuit available when I wanted two. I was told I could wait 20 minutes while they finished backing, which I did. Once I got them, it was 10:00 and they were burnt.

I have never had a bad experience with any Burger King, until today. This is not the location I typically use and I will not use it again. I live a couple blocks from this location and by the time I got our food home everyone had to warm it in the microwave, the Whoppers had no lettuce and the Crispy Chicken sandwich had no tomato. The staff act as if they are scared to speak to the customers and one young lady was playing with her long red ponytail and then directly to fixing orders of fries. If this place was to shut down I wouldn’t even have to question why!

You can tell that everything was old. They put the burger together in a sloppy manner. The bread was so old it fell apart before i could take a bite. I tried to deal with it since i was hungry. Then took a bite of stale fries. Even tried to take a drink of my sprite and it was flat. I’m good on this one

Great experience at this Burger King. Entire staff were very efficient and pleasant and the lady manager was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to help me. The food came out quickly and was made perfect. I highly recommend this location and I hope other customers can be highly satisfied like I was.

Staff is rude they make you wait at the speaker until you get fed up and drive off. After they greet you they ask can you give them a second then nothing else. I live near by I get off work and want some food real quick but get this type of service every time.

When you order they always have you pull to the flag pole to bring out your food which I don’t mind waiting IF the food is hot. Nope never is hot. Today I got a small onion ring and was told to pull to the flag pole after waiting 10 min on food I received 4 onion rings and a few fries that were COLD! Gave them to many chances so I will not be back. Place is a joke AND it’s fairly new.

Went there for breakfast. A burrito Junior combo. The burritos were warmed up in the microwave. So hot. The paper was part of the burrito. Had to cut it out. The soda was cold. Sprite was good. It’s about all I got for that.

Staff were really nice. I came in today to order and take out. Cashier was really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Everything looked clean and organized. My order was ready quickly and the other young lady walked it over to me. My food was hot and fresh. A little over salted but no other complaints.
