I’ve never had a bad experience here that they didn’t make right. I worked fast food when I was a kid, and I remember how unforgiving some people can be….. It’s fast food.

Good and fast: This will likely be expensive, as quality and speed require more resources.

GRRR-OSS! Ordered chkn sandwich meal w onion rings. Both soggy-slimy inside. Took forever to get food. No sweet tea, no strawberry lemonade, no straws, tables all dirty. Just all around disappointing & gross now.

I just left the Burger King in Anna Illinois and to my surprise I found this in my bag of hash browns. At first I thought it was a cooked worm then it looked like a piece of lint. I have no idea what it really is but I’m not happy about it …and…My sandwich wasnt warm and my cheese was no where near melted…Not happy at all.

Went in there the other day got a whopper and this girl in the front was extremely rude. I forgot her name but I do remember it started with a J. Fix your service Burger King. I come early in the day expecting good food n service and then my day starts off like that? Im not going back until something is done. Food was good so thats something.

I live in Anna, Illinois and our BK here is awesome. They crew is polite, conversational and work together fairly well. It’s nice to walk in establishment and not only enjoy the great fresh food but employees make u feel like family. I wouldn’t change a thing. Keep doing what ur doing cuz ur drawling in more and more customers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are the slowest, and the orders mostly come out wrong. The drive thru does one order and waits 20mins to take another order.
