They can’t get the order right even when they looking at it and repeating it back to you.. what you order is not what’s in the bag and I’m sick of it… consistently ! Does this look like a double cheeseburger with no pickles and heavy onions. Where my cheese and onions and why all them damn pickles on there??!! One burger and you couldn’t get it right.

Food suuucks, everything fried too hot and too long, all the cheese comes out the cheese fries n jalapeño bites.
Most staff are top notch, but the older white lady who works mornings is rude for no reason, laughed at me and said they didn’t have black iced coffee when it was on the menu, they just had premixed it in pitchers for flavored iced coffees.

Twice now I’ve ordered sandwiches a special way and got them regular. I called today spoke to a manager about it possibly being an issue with the app and she said she could fix it if I came right back and I was in the parking lot at work about to clock in. Otherwise she wouldn’t fix it. I’m good without spending money there. And if they won’t respect my money I won’t spend anymore money there. Save yourself the headaches, cause their attitude is stank!

The clerk at the window handed me my food but didn’t take my money, and when I insisted I still needed to pay, he put my cash into his pocket with many thanks for the “tip.” I wonder how many others got a free meal early in December!

Waited in drive thur 35 mins. In your double lane waited while 2 cars behind me on left where waited on before they ask me. Got up to window was going to give me wrong order. Had to repeat what I had ordered. Will go to East Location in future.

I’ve been to this location twice and both time nobody answered when I was at the speaker waiting to order. I had to pull to the window and wait 10 minutes for someone to help me. Service here is absolutely terrible
