Sometimes outlets work to charge phones laptops etc sometimes they don’t I experience both today at first they worked then s few minutes later they never came on staff friendly food coffee fresh hot delicious nice atmosphere

Drive through, waited 20mins at the mic to get my order. Only to have to repeat it 4 times, get pulled forward, have to re order everything, just to get pulled forward yet again to wait for food for another 15mins. Literally 35+ mins in the drive through with NOBODY Infront of me in line. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody, by far the slowest service in town out of all fast food.

Just bought food from Centralia Burger King and asked for ketchup and bbq sauce and got neither. The sandwich was disgustingly cold. The fries were the only thing worth eating. Waste of $15.

They made all the power outlets unusable so nobody could charge their phone. And I saw a bug that looked like a roach in the bathroom. It was also so dirty in the dining room that I didn’t want to sit down. So I had to sit in the dining room on a sticky chair with a dead phone because none of the outlets worked. It was like I was previewing hell.

I went to Burger King to pick up an online order that I pre-ordered. The drive-thru was full, if I would have waited in line I would have been holding up traffic so I decided to park and go in I gave them my order number and Michelle the manager was completely rude said well you’re not going to get your order till it’s ready you’re just going to have to wait. I wasn’t trying to cut in line I explained that to her and she gave me a complete attitude and walked away from me, not professional at all and my feet were sticking to the floor at the checkout counter. My food was cold I think it was ready and she just had an attitude because I came in regardless of the reason why I came in.

I will give them a 3 star for there service’s because there are times that you have to wait almost 30 minutes just to get some body just to take your order and then there are times that some of the staff are very very rude to the people who are ordering.

A two for five meal deal for me, and a two for five meal deal for the bride. Scored another great lunch. Thanks, Burger King. I always enjoy the original crispy chicken sandwich. Its great to see it on the two for five. Joked around with the drive-thru staff today. Had a great experience with fast service.
