Never eat fast food, just don’t trust other people to cook my food, stopped here yesterday morning around 10, window cashier Victoria, asked me to wait a few minutes and pull around, took a good ten minutes but the food was perfect, fresh, quality, presentation, all A++ ,server brought it out and was actually wonderful. Kudos to BK!!

Somebody had some vapor rub flavor in my chicken wrap. On top of that my whopper was clearly microwaved bc the edges were dry and hard and the patty was cold after waiting over a half hour on my lunch break . When a whopper is charbroiled you can smell it down the street. That should have been my sign to leave. The drive thru was wrapped around the building but when I arrived only one car was there. The only thing hot and fresh was the cheese bites. The soda machine was also down in the lobby and the floors were sticky.

If I could’ve leave less than one star I would’ve.
There were no people in the drive-thru, one person in the restaurant it self so I do not understand why on earth they got my order so freaking wrong! Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, I got an excuse of a burger with one patty, no cheese and no bacon, the fries was cold and tasted of old oil.

I bought a couple of chicken sandwiches. Haven’t been to Burger King in a while and thought I’d give it a try. The sandwich had a funny taste so I looked closer. I’m glad I did. Moldy bun.

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant they gave me bacon. I ordered a dr pepper the machine had only 3 options none of which were dr pepper, the lady at the counter was rude there was no trash can in the dining area and the bathroom was disgusting.

They added tomatoes when I asked for none. I asked for no tartar on the fish sandwich and opted for ketchup instead, they put maybe two droplets of ketchup on there, and not only that but the fish patty was a BRICK. And just when you think it can’t get worse, I go to eat my nuggets and WISH that I’d just stuck to the dino nuggies in my freezer, just LOOK AT THEMMMMM.
How many YEARS has it been since y’all changed the oil in your fryers!?!?! I used to work a lot of fast food and restaurant jobs, I would NEVER hand these atrocities to my customers >:(
The employees there were very nice, but I think they may have been under the orders of an INCOMPETENT manager trying to save on material costs to look good for the higher-ups or something. That fryer oil NEEDS to get changed.
We had already been disappointed by the Dunkin’ Donuts that was nearby because they had only 2 out of 13 items we ordered and only told us they were out when we went out of our way to pick them up… I was hoping our valentine’s day could be saved with some fast food instead of donuts and coffee, but this took our holiday and just. Beat it to death. Pounded it to dust.
Do not get any fried foods from here. Wait… that’s like 75% of the menu. Whoops ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I had to wait 20mins to get my order. Also when i get my order my fries are cold and stale.This Bk on 6th st also messes up my order. I will be going to another one or maybe just stop going.

Terrible Service, Food was not made correctly. Was pulled forward at the drive thru and waited 10 minutes. Went inside and waited until I finally had to get someones attention to get my food. Had to request my drink as well and was told I should of already of gotten. whole ordeal took 20-25 minutes and I ordered on the mobile app 10 minutes before I ever got there.

I love going here for morning shift breakfast. Any other shift is a total JOKE ordered a 27 dollar meal and it was horrible I asked for a refund and will be calling corporate. They either get it wrong or do a half time job everytime if its anything other then morning shift. They were not prepared no lids no ketchup only had excuses.

I love me some Burger King sandwiches. The Whopper, fish, chicken, etc. I also think their breakfast croissants are far superior to anything out there from McD, Hardee’s, etc.
And I realize you can run into a bad night but it was terrible tonight. I was third vehicle at drive-up in line and was there almost 13 minutes waiting on my Whopper and Big Fish. And when I paid, I could tell stress was high inside.
However, my order was simple: a Whopper with NO ONIONS and extra pickles and Mayo, along with the Big Fish with extra pickles and tarter sauce – I’m allergic to onions.
Well, I got my bag and drove off and wish I had checked it as the Whopper had onions and no extra pickles or Mayo. And my Big Fish…well, it too did not have the extra. But here is the kicker, BOTH WERE COLD and the Big Fish was OLD and overcooked AND cold.
This was just minutes after I left too. I will wait till tomorrow to call in as I don’t want to add to their burden…
Again, it was definitely an OFF night for this location. I’ll be back but checking things before I leave. Just hope my GI system handles the raw onion residue tonight…
