Me and my son are picky eaters we only do ketup and cheese. Today 7/19/2025 @ 1145 we did our normal order and we checked the tags on the burgers and they were done correct. However when I got home 20 min drive I opened the burger and found it had everything on it. Please see the photo below it shows the correct tag but wrong burger.

I was there picking up a order and I saw a employee drop a box of chicken fries. Then she proceeded to scoop a few of the fries that were half in the box half out back in to the box and put a few new fries on top …then placed the box under the hot lamp to be packaged for Customers

I used the app to order. I show up 20 minutes later, and they haven’t even started on my order. There is one car ahead of me who is already pulled off to the side waiting, so they were not busy. THEN IT TOOK 25 MINUTES TO BRING MY FOOD TO MY CAR. This location is pathetic, disorganized, and needs to get their act together. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.

so i went too this burgerking about 3:30 today and me and my friend ordered to crabby patty meals,was told that they were out of the pie ,pineapple drink and that they would make us a combo cheaper.instead it was 4 dollars more,and the food was cold made sloppy and black hair was in my sandwich.the guy manager and the employee was very rude the empolyee kept over talking the manger they would not give us

Went around 7:30pm after order was placed and paid for, was told we are cooking everything fresh for you. Why would I get fries and onion rings that were hard & cold. They had be sitting. Burger King on West Jefferson do better!!!!

Went here on 2-3-25 at about 6:40pm. Hey here’s an idea. How about making a fresh Whopper instead of throwing one that’s been sitting, into the microwave. You honestly don’t think customer believe they are getting fresh food when you do this. Hot lettuce, hot tomatoes, hot pickles. It was disgusting.

The BK Whopper Jr is by far the best small burger when it’s served w lettuce tomato onion and a little mayo.I just wish there was something (bun) sized between it and the Whopper ….and that the bacon was baked crisp..not microwaved

I’m going to throw them four stars because the last few times I have been there unexpectedly it’s been rather fresh and exactly what I ordered. For a while it was hit and miss but that’s fast food nowadays. Please keep up the fresh food and good service. Will be returning
