I place my orders through mobile pickup and they know me as I enter the door. I have almost zero holdup. I have had a few times where I had to wait because of rushes but this happens in the food industry. my food is always right and hot and fresh which is commendable. you see complaints marked about orders being wrong and this and that but you just need to move with technology. speakers are fallible as people. at least with the app, you can get it right once and done. the staff are always pleasant and fun to talk with as we are waiting for fries or something. this store deserves major kudos for their service. this isn’t something a lot of businesses have maintained in this whole pandemic nightmare.
