I hate reviewing fast food because you expect it to be the same every time but here we are. We are 1 of 2 cars in line. We are asked to pull into a spot after ordering. The soda is flat. They forgot the sauce. They forgot ONE OF OUR FRIES. But don’t worry, they upsold us cookies and didn’t forget those. Waste of our money..just go to the McDonald’s next door.

Drive thru around 5:00 ish. Service was quick, no wait. The employee at the window was very cheerful and pleasant. Was starving and just needed a quick bite to hold me over till I got home. Whopper Jr seemed like a good choice.
It was served quickly and I pulled over “in” the lot to scarf it down then be on my way.
Unwrapped the burger and it was barely warm and I do mean barely. There were sufficient condiments but still the meat itself was on the verge of being cold.

2 meals 28 dollars. Burgers no flavor, not even flame broiled appeared to look and taste like it was microwaved. Nothing special about the Wednesday meal , just overpriced tasteless food. No salt on fries and the carbonation on ur soda is non existant.. adding pictures

Usually great went there tonight took along time witch I was fine with cause o thought I was getting fresh food but got cold fries and barely any paid 18$ for a large meal and got like 6 fries

I had a great experience here today around 5. We went inside for a to go order. The gentleman working the counter (had a heart tattoo) was really friendly and greeted us with a smile. The fries were hot and fresh, and our whoppers were extremely well made. Very satisfied with the food and service!

Love the coupons given through the mail, it gives a good price for 2 meals. The workers are so nice and understanding. The fries are perfectly salted. I love this place but I’m not sure how long it will stay open due to the lack of people I see inside the building but I hope it stays open for a long time.

Columbia IL location was busier than usual tonight. Had to wait to dine in a short period of time but the manager was taking charge and on top of things.
