The employees at this location are great. It is also worth noting that when I politely order an impossible whopper as a monthly treat, the employees here are cool about simple modifications and don’t make me feel bad about asking for no mayo. The lobby is also really clean for a BK and in general. Overall a great store and I appreciate that the staff are so pleasant and work so hard even though this area can be tough to deal with because I know the public can really suck.

This location is awesome. The workers here are amazing. They treat my son and I like Kings – which makes me want to come back. They are very accomodating to my young son who’s always asking a lot of questions. I truly appreciate that. In addition, their food is great. The chicken sandwich they serve us looks as good as the advertisement. I look forward to coming back. Kudos for a job well done!

Staff at this facility show a strong competence in their work. They have a drive to not only drive sales and increase revenue, they embody the team a a work place should strive to have , keep, and reward. They are quiet, kind, understanding and work very hard. I hope that this store gets some good rewards for their exemplary service. In case, the sight tries to block my 5 star review! I gave them 5 star review and somehow it keeps showing up as a 1 star review with a 5 star compliment.

This is my favorite Burger King. At lunch today, I used my coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, the meat patties must have been affected by shrinkflation….
They need smaller buns, ( maybe slider buns) or put a real burger patty on these things ……

This Burger King Swansea location was fantastic, maybe we went at the perfect time. But the location wasn’t too busy and the food we ordered came out really quick. We also took advantage of the $0.01 Whopper, which was an added perk. But the location itself is very clean and the food was fresh. I recommend this Burger King location if you’re in the mood for a solid meal!

It took 20 mins for a sausage biscuit sandwich just for it to be uneatable. The biscuit is hard I hurt my tooth biting down. This is sad. Yall should do better or find another job. I pay for my food and service not to have to go to the dentist!!!!!!

I regularly buy their fish sandwich and the last several times ive gotten it, it has been awful. Its always been overcooked shriveled hard little square puck. And its stupid expensive for being so awful. Employees are pleasant.

I did an online mobile order through the app. When I got there the shake machine wasn’t working. Both of the workers were so nice and polite. Offered me a substitution. It wasn’t just about the substitution. Those ladies treated me nicer than anyone ever has going through a drive through. Nine times out of ten they may not be rude but they aren’t nice either. It was nice to be treated so nicely. Also ………the food good was great. People should take lessons from those two ladies. I hope you guys have a great night.
