My husband stopped there on his way home from dashing, the guy at the window was not listening to my husband when he ordered, there was no cheese on my husband’s burger, there were also onions and tomatoes on my husband’s burger which he is allergic to so he asked for none on it. We ordered fries, the guy did not ring them up. The gave nothing but attitude and wouldn’t open the window all the way. Needless to say I am not impressed. As someone who has worked in fast food most of my adult life I understand it can get boring and most times you don’t want to be there but there is no excuse for the service my husband was given tonight.

I order the 4 for 5 and other items well lets just say that food went to the trash real quick I called to have them fix the issue and with just explaining issue was enough to upset the manager Annie was her name and I explained that no customer should walk out with food looking the way it did and how old it was and I did NOT want any food from them after how I was treated and then after what I got the first time I asked for a refund of just what was nasty and boy did that really set her off she said no refunds here and that’s sounds like you problem and I ask to have a number to call she started yelling and she said to hang up and listen to the options then hang up I tried calling back and she took it off the hook but people like her needs to learn customer service skills and second as a manager of a restaurant in the past she needs to be Demoted until she can prove that she can handle. Situations patience and how to handle customers anybody that orders food that is bad or doesn’t look good. Is going to ask for it to be replaced or to be a refund. And as a customer you have that option.
Again you paid for it. Not to mention that I am a homosexual and the way that she reacted on the phone. By making fun of how I talk, it’s not very professional and that alone is a case for slander amongst other laws she has just broke in a three minute convention i have seen other comments about people being hateful and racist i feel this is so very true boy only if I could have recorded it

What a complete joke! Pull up to the drive thru get told one minute sir, 5 minutes later there’s 5 cars behind me and I ask are you there, one minute sir. 5 minutes later can I…. They finally take our order all so we can pull up to 2 goofs whispering in each other’s ears about God knows what? Get home to find the food is not looking too good. My mother took one bite and said it taste like chemicals. My whopper was cold. I will NEVER go back to that joke of a restaurant! The gnome needs to learn how to do his job instead of whispering sweet nothing’s in his buddies ear!

2 times in a row,.. the cheesy Hashbrown’s that I ordered, they had to replace the next time did to some was cooked to long that there was nothing in the middle & the others tasted like grease that they had been put back into the grease just to hear them to resulting in a very bad taste of grease…. so the 2nd try there was nothing in them… still cooked horribly way to long and burnt & hardly nothing in the middle.
I totally understand they’re over staffed… but I didn’t even bother going back for a 3rd chance for them to mess them up again… in fact I’ve not been back since…I do know one thing….
They have an AWESOME night manager, but a not so great district manager… I only say this site to the fact that he can show this place to stay open with “NO WHOPPER MEAT!!!”,…. this is Burger King- home of the whopper meal place… why not let your staff go home instead of constantly having customer’s literally curse them, or order and then pull away & waste food,… & I don’t understand why night manager isn’t getting some type of incentive or pay raise or something for not only running it herself sometimes but being put in the position to hand everything in her when it should be the district manager…….I don’t know anyone except thtough the drive thru, & she’s always polite & explains if they’re out or there’s a wait right after welcoming us there…. but I’ve been there to many times where their district manager had let the whole crew down….I may be just a customer… but what district manager does this!

I placed an order online and was told to pull up to the second window. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru before finally getting my food. I parked, checked my bag, and saw that three burgers were missing.

Since it was 10 p.m. and the lobby was closed, I had to go back through the drive-thru. I ended up behind the exact same car I was behind earlier. They ended up leaving because we were waiting for forever. While we’re all waiting, there’s an employee walking around outside taking pictures—meanwhile the drive-thru line is full of cars.

When I finally got to the window, I asked if the burgers were made correctly. The worker told me, “Yeah, they were already made. I just forgot to hand them to you.”

Upcharge 90 cent for a small soda instead of the coffee. Never again. Also there app don’t work and you have to use a code because it can’t use you credit card on the app.

My entire order was wrong and I even tipped the employees $10! I should of checked my food before leaving. No onion or pickle but they were loaded with both! Unacceptable!

I do mobile orders and the ticket is always right but the stuff in the bag is not. I ordered about 12 dipping sauce and they or not cheap and they always give me one. I’m done ordering form this location. Reading is fundamental. SMH.
