Pulled in before 9pm and there were 2 cars ahead of us. They never asked for our order and had us sitting there for 10+minutes. They acted like they weren’t there. This is not the first time that they have done this. Many people agree that this is the worst Burger King in the area. Don’t come here unless you like unfriendly service and cold food

Jen and the entire crew need replaced. They are all extremely rude unless they have been there less than a few months. They are all extremely loud and vulgar. The food is hit and miss. Management screams at employees for basic issues and fires them for no good reason. There would be multiple lawsuits against this building alone if an attorney would see this for more than money.

The sad thing is I normally get good service at this location. However, tonight was a very different story. I ordered the same thing I always order, two original chicken sandwichs with tomato, cheese and pickles. What I received was sad.

The worker who I believe a was a sassy female got an attitude because I asked a question and she was very rude and unapologetic don’t ever go there I promise they train they employees wrong I didn’t even get a chance to order and she got the biggest attitude I ever seen for no reason simply because I asked a simple question whic was what’s the difference between whopper meat and burger meat

Drove over an hour to try the Impossible Whopper, and it did not disappoint! Burger King is awesome for doing a trial run of vegan burgers in the STL area. Really hoping they bring these nation wide! The staff was very friendly as well! (Also can I mention that this BK is very modern and very clean! Super impressive.)

The chicken strips were dark brown, dry, small, and mostly unedible! I can’t believe they served these. They sure don’t look like the chicken strips on the tv commercial bragging how great Burger Kings chicken strips are!
