Ordered cheeseburger with light ketchup, lite mayonnaise and it was smothered and coming out the sides when I opened it, and apparently value size onion rings is the same price as small fries..I got four onion rings in the bag. That was after they actually forgot to put my onion rings in the bag and I had to go back to get them. I didn’t notice fry still after I had left. I keep trying them, hoping service gets better and it does not.

Under new management for about a year now. The change is noticeable and it’s a much better run restaurant now. Employees knew their jobs well. They were friendly, and fast. The food was fresh and hot. Would recommend returning, if you haven’t been back for awhile.

Be sure to check your order, not only are they giving incorrect receipts but they are charging the extra dollar for the cheese that they are NOT putting on the sandwichs. Twice in two weeks now. Called them to address the issue and the manager who answered the phone would not provide their name. So, I went to the corporate website and the chat bot could not provide help with this and closed the interaction. BK is now on my personal “avoid at all costs” list.

Terrible service I was trying to order thru drive thru 9:40pm Friday, waited 15 minutes there to be helped and then to be told they are only taking cash so I said no problem. The order taker was surprised that I said ok no problem I need 10 Whoppers and someone in the kitchen responds back “ What the Fck”. I won’t definite be back at this business again. Went at lunch, no one else in the drive through. Ordered a whopper junior with bacon, small onion ring and ice tea. They don’t have ice tea so I got a Sprite. Had to pull forward to wait for my order. Got it 5 minutes later, then drove 1/2 a mile to park and ear. Whopper Jr. was cold, onion rings were cold. Was no bacon on the whopper junior and no onion ring sauce. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, and I won’t waste my money there again. Ever.

If this is supposed to be a meal why am I paying for the fry and the drink and why the hell is 8 mozzarella sticks $3. Found this onion ring in my fry box which by the way were cold and old. I asked for extra pickles and didn’t get it. Also the little young chick at the window with the crochet dreads was rude as hell. ♀️ I will definitely not be back. It’s been all bad since the last manager left.
