The staff have ALWAYS been amazing and clearly LOVE the children.
Shout out today to the manager, Mike for catering to my children today as his staff have done for my babies since 2022.
3 years ago, a staff member at Burger King paid for my two children to have chocolate milk out of her own pocket.
Today, Mike went above and beyond to make my babies happy with their meal ❤️❤️❤️
The love these people have for the children is the reason I keep coming back ❤️

This place is awesome, this is one of the last remaining fast food places with friendly staff, a good team, pretty clean and good parking, I stop almost every Wednesday and Friday while I’m up here for work. The people are just nice and friendly and pleasant to myself and others as I see them interact. Good job

I went in to order and waited 15 minutes and when I asked if there was someone to take my order the lady got nasty. Than I watched another employee grab some hash browns without gloves on and put them on a burrito. I left after I saw that because I think that is nasty.

Management is a joke and needs to be replaced. She’s as lazy as the workers she hires. On numerous occasions I have went inside, only for employees to be sleeping in the lobby, talking on the phone in the back or just plain goofing off. All the while, customers are waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order. It took over 5 minutes before I even saw an employee, while I sat there staring at my online order on the screen that should have been already done and ready for pick up. It then took another 10 minutes to get an employee to make the order. The drive thru was dead and I was the only customer inside. This place and their employees need reevaluated.

I came through the drive through on 1/25/25 and was treated to two of the kindest humans. The person taking my order worked with me to get a good deal on what I was ordering and the person who cashed me out was kind, funny, and warm. It was a really rough day for me and their kindness was just a breath of fresh air. My food was prepared correctly and tasted just as it should.

When placing order:
1. Asked for 1 sandwich to be in a separate sack. They did not do so.
2. You all out of napkins. Sure did not receive any with order.
3. Wanted a fish sandwich. Lemonade & cheese tots. When ask for that numbered meal & ask if I could have the tots in stead of fries …was very rudely told “you can not do that” ( would have been an excellent time to upsell . ” the combo is not priced for that, but we would be happy to do that for $$.)
The whole encounter at drive thru was carried out in a very rude & indifferent manner.
