i got there at about 445 fri night in drivethrow and they said just a moment 10 mins later they took my order i just thoth they were buss in side i paid for and pull up to the next window and looked inside and there was nobody in there no customers inside i got my food at 5;20 the time on the box said 5;09 i thought it was fast food i gess its should be called slow food i do not know what they were doing in there but it was not getting my food thats 30 mins to get 1double wopper i think there is a realy problem at this store

Same thing happened to me this afternoon that several other reviewers said happened to them – the employee said “just a moment” at the speaker and never came back. Finally, I left and never placed an order. Not sure how this location stays in business. Oh, and there were no other customers so they were not busy.

I only go like once a year, always thinking surely staff/management has changed and it’ll be better. I’m disappointed everytime. I ordered the spongebob themed meal and two kids meals. We patiently waited 35 minutes in the drive thru, kids were really antsy. They finally bring out our meals and miss 4 different items. Employees were indifferent about the entire situation. Food was way overpriced, felt like stuff I could find at the grocery store and heat up in the oven.

Made an order for pickup through the drive through tonight and the dude on the drive through was very nice and polite! My order was 100% correct and they even gave me an extra fry 🙂 I felt bad for coming 40 minutes before close but still received excellent service! Thank you BK!

First off, when I walked in, I saw two of the staff sitting at a table gossiping and drinking coffee. They seemed annoyed at having to prepare my order.

Today I stopped in for a whopper at the Normal, Illinois store. I also ordered hash rounds and oj. The person who took my order took about 4 minutes to take my order at the drive-thru and was cordial, but never responded to my hello nor thank you, just stared at me with every interaction. My order was made fast and the whopper was perfect. However, when I went to eat a hash round, my hand came out of the bag with grease all over it. I looked down and I see standing grease on my leather seats, grease-soaked bag at the bottom and sides, the cardboard for the hash rounds had standing thick oil running down the inside that hadn’t yet soaked into the cardboard. There is nothing that can be done to get me to come back to this store, which was one of my top 3 central Illinois stores to come to for whoppers. I will still go to the others until something like this happens.

I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese only got 2 single patties and no cheese… totally wasn’t my way… reasons why I stopped going to fast food. Over priced and never get my orders made correctly. I’m always very polite and patient. It was atleast made fresh so I appreciate that atleast.

I went here twice. The wait for the drive thru felt like I was ordering real food 10-15 minute wait both times and the staff seemed annoyed at taking my order. I told them, “Can I please not have any sauce on my breakfast burrito” being the first time I had mentioned it. “Yes you had already mentioned that you wanted no sauce.” He said. “I just said I didn’t want any sauce.” I said. ” There you go mentioning it again for a SECOND TIME.” This guy was so annoyed and totally gas lighting me when all I wanted to do was let him know I didn’t want the sauce on my breakfast burrito. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be disrespected when ordering your food. When this place goes out of business everyone will be better off.

Location was dirty. Every table in the dining room needed the food cleaned off from previous patrons. Floor was unswept. The manager was shouting they were not accepting cash at every customer that walked in. Isn’t it the managers job to go get more cash for change when it runs out? Saw them turn away 3 customers as I sat eating, watching how long it took them to wipe down a table (they never did). Whopper meals were $13 each for large size.
