Location was dirty. Every table in the dining room needed the food cleaned off from previous patrons. Floor was unswept. The manager was shouting they were not accepting cash at every customer that walked in. Isn’t it the managers job to go get more cash for change when it runs out? Saw them turn away 3 customers as I sat eating, watching how long it took them to wipe down a table (they never did). Whopper meals were $13 each for large size.

There were only two workers at this location that were working at full capacity, but they couldn’t meet the demand of the number of orders coming in. Our online order came out almost 20 minutes after the time I selected when ordering online.

Went through drive thru and workers were cussing and arguing amongst themselves about personal matter and were rude. The buns on our chicken sandwiches were also burnt.

Trent very rude and unprofessional. Honestly, I thought a customer was going to pull him over the counter and beat his smart mouth up. No customer should ever go into a burger king and witness an employee call a customer a n!@@@@ this is not his first time either. As he disrespected a shell/freedom worker as well.

been coming here for years,unfortunately the last few visits i experienced poor resolve on orders that were mistakenly made(didnt know til i got home),when i called for reimbursement,that passed a guilty verdict on me & made me feel as if it were my fault . props to an employee named Trent…because of him & him only i will continue to visit

I was hoping this location got their act together as I haven’t been there in about 6 months due to food never being hot and fresh but nope! Went through drive-thru this morning and ordered double ham croissant meal- the hash rounds were barely luke-warm and sandwich was hot around the edges but cold in the middle. It’s just too bad this location cannot get it together as I like their food better than McDonalds.
