There was no cars in the parking lot. There was a homeless guy asleep in one of the booths by the door. Floors so sticky you glued to the floor. Had to wait like 10 minutes for food which was missing pickels on 2 of the burgers that we asked for extra. Soda machine was disgusting and has to be some kind of health violation.

Bought a junior burger & the 18 piece chicken fries off the two for five duo menu. Around noon. Served to me in the drive-through quickly. Food was hot. Food was delicious. Good job Burger King.

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Staff was kind and understanding but the only operational register was drive thru. This meant that the cashier had to walk away with customers’ cards and cash and enter orders on a separate computer. Floors were sticky, bathroom was filthy, trash overflowing, no ice in the drink machine, no straws or lids avaliable for walk-in customers… Understaffed and overworked. Food was pretty good though.

2 cars in the parking lot 1 in drive through at the window we’ve been told to hold on 3 times been here about 9 minutes waiting to order at this fast food restaurant. I pulled off but the lady said she had to do 3-4 things by her self before she can take our order. I felt so bad for her a company who can’t hire enough people to take one order is just sad close down terrible location

You can always tell when I order, because I always load my burger with fresh veggies.
Fat, juicy, grilled burgers I can’t stay away from. To please my guilty pleasure, I load up my burger with veggies. That way, I feel like I’m eating healthy.
This location is the best Burger King in the world. They take their jobs very serious.

Ordered an egg & cheese crossanwich and large hashbrowns at the drive thru. Sandwich was okay, hashbrowns tasted old and recooked. I went into the store to ask for a fresh batch of hashbrowns. The person who took my order came over was rude and angry, told me the food was fresh — she “dropped them” herself — but they tasted the way they did because the grease was old, and that the person who “changes the grease” hadn’t come yet. As if that was reasonable explanation and I should eat them that way. I said I’m not eating those, you could taste the old grease! She says, repeatedly, in an angry tone, there’s nothing I can do! The “manager” over hears this, and starts yelling, “what do you want us to do? There’s nothing we can do!” I left the food not wanting to risk getting sick. No offer of money back, or anything. No concept of customer service. That they give you food THEY KNOW is bad, and then get angry when you say its not edible, indicates this is NOT a place you want to eat. There are other BKs in the area; avoid this one!

Drove in a little before 12am
on their sign it says they’re open till 1am now every day but Sunday.
The lady taking orders was extremely nice, they made our food fresh. They didn’t have any tomato’s or onions for my whopper but that’s okay. They were also out of bacon.

Order has been in for 30 mins still nothing the staff is arguing the two ladies are upset with the only person trying to help the gentlemen with short hair ans very tall and doing drive thru and trying to help other stations. On top of that the manager is sitting on his butt doing nothing. Except to pop his head out to ask the ladies to stop yelling. Wow do not come to this store ever

They take forever to take your order. The front register doesn’t work so they have to process payments via drive thru. The time in giving orders out is terrible. They are understaffed. The aroma of the dining is bad. Do not eat here!!!
