I ordered an impossible burger & when I got home it was raw yes now ik u thinking how can an impossible burger be raw well it was..I called the store they told me Bring it back I took it back the next day since I don’t live close to the store. I asked for an regular whopper they took it from the line put it in the microwave & then put it in my sack.

Ordered a melt the sandwich came without grilled bread. When I asked at the window if I could get some grilled bread a different worker assuming it’s a manager tells me the toaster is broke. Out of 2 burger kids I went to still didn’t get the sandwich I wanted bc something was out or just out of order. Is it facts or just lies bc pple don’t wanna work. A shame bc I love burger kids but there rnt too many locations you can go to and get what u want or paid for.

This store is absolutely disgusting, 2 gallons of grease on the ground they dumped cleaner all over. Picked caps off the nasty oil covered ground and didn’t wash hands. Put the cheese for a burger right on the countertop. Front person was very incapable for the job she had, looked to be 12 and didn’t have a name tag. Meal took 40 mins to receive and received incorrect and with old fries. 0/10 would never return to this dumpster fire.

Served stale chicken fries and no cheese on impossible whopper sandwich which I ordered. So took food back to be remade chicken fries were remade fresh but they took the whopper out of the bag and added cheese and served it back to me . Had to throw away it was cold and I didn’t trust them after that. Bad service. Go to McDonald’s instead. This remodeled burger king may look nice but the level service and food served is not at expectations. Especially when spending $20 on 2 items.
