Food was hot and fresh but I didn’t like how they had the menu screen off, I’m guessing they were hoping people would think they were closed even though they were still open for another hour. Another thing I didn’t like was the girls attitude working the window she seemed like she hated her life and was rushing through the order and acting annoyed.

What a joke this place has become. We eat there about once every two years and the service has gotten terrible. Tonight we stod for ten minutes and they didn’t even take our order they said they were under staffed and we’d just have to wait. The i guess was the manager was making sandwiches and said we’ll just have to be patient. I asked if she’d like me to leave and she said we’re under staffed and it would be awhile. So my wife and I left as well as the couple waiting behind us! This place really needs a new manager and some staff that knows what they’re doing! The owner should be told and some changes need to be made!

Our server who took our order was very nice woman. The food however was messed up and we had to go back inside to correct the problems. Also the wait time was forver…especially being that there was little to no people there.

Received our food in the drive thru. The lady was so nice. She noticed the worker put lettuce on my husbands sandwich and had him remake it as I had asked for no lettuce. Well, on the sandwich he remade, my husband bit into his sandwich to find this sticker. This is absolutely disgusting.

Went last week and used to app to order ahead and drove up to the drive through. No one responded at the main drive through kiosk where you can see the menu and talk to them. Drove on up to the window and CLEARLY stated my last name and order number. The young female that answered (complete with mouth jewelry) and quickly handed me a very full bag but no drink. She had already closed the window. I checked the bag and saw onion rings on the top. Onion rings were not part of my order. I tried to knock on the window to get her attention and she came back all flustered and asked me “what” – I said you gave me the wrong order. I repeated my last name and order number and she clearly got frustrated and hollered back inside for help information about my order. Then an older male (who was nice) came to the window and asked me again about my order. (She already took back the bag for someone else). I said”You know what, I’m going to cancel my order because I don’t like “her” attitude.” I also did t want an angry employee preparing my order for fear of some kind of retribution. He nicely told me they couldn’t cancel my order and to do it through the app. I drove away and went to McDonald’s. I went through the app and opened a ticket but the Burger King system told me I could not get a refund and they would forward the issue to the local franchise owner / operator. I’m still waiting for a refund for an order I did not receive.

We was second set people and the people before us was there 10 mins we was there t mins and only three workers and when first couple asked if they wanted them to leave the lady said she was only sandwich maker and one girl only one taking orders and the other was training but only opening bags she said it all with attitude so we all left was not busy at all one in drive thru really sad now every customer left now they can train girl to open bags and how watch customers walk out go other places

They always take forever to get your food. I placed an order at 5:50 and didn’t get it until 6:45. No one should have to wait an hour for drive through food. It wasn’t even busy. Insane. Didn’t get a refund either. Just cookies and an I’m sorry.

Sat at order screen for 15 minutes with no response after they just took someone’s order and I said something multiple times ps just hapend again like it dose with everyone in town everyone ik is done going to this burger King bc they don’t answer the drive though at all and are super rude
