Awful Customer Service.. We stood in front of a staff called Courtney over 5mins while she wrestled with the cash machine, never made an eye contact nor said a word to us. I complained of the reception and she asked another staff to attend to us & walked away never uttered a word… absolute disrespect for a service care worker.

By far one of the worst places to order food from here in macomb. I’ve never had so many orders missing items or completely wrong in my life. Then when you call them about the issue, they treat you as if you’re trying to work one over on them. For some onion rings or nuggets? Really? Lol if I wanted to rip someone off, it wouldn’t be for free fast food. ♂️

Horrible service. Went inside to order… someone had placed an online order and the young man working in back had lost it… and said that their food hadn’t been prepared. A woman who was working in back loudly announced that she was closing the lobby… I was the only other customer in the store… and promptly locked the door. After waiting probably 10 minutes, I asked if I could place my order. The person who i assume was the manager told me no. So I left. Which is what they were wanting me to do

Lady working at the drive through was extremely rude and mocked us when we said we needed a minute to figure out our order. I’m sorry ma’am, I know this job is stressful, but if you’re going to do that, maybe make sure you aren’t unmuted on your mic.
