The service was fast and friendly. Maybe to fast. The burger tasted like it was made awhile ago. The fries not fresh either. The place needs some cleaning but not to bad, except for the flies flying around my food.

I work In fast food and I can tell their food was just sitting out the chicken fries were cold and dry the fries tasted like they had been burnt and left on top the fryer and was never held in a warmer, I went back to see if they could just remake it but the lady at the window was being so ignorant i was glad to just take a refund if i could give this place no starts i would. They need to work on manners and cleanliness. Theyre there to serve us quickly to get back on the road not make us turn back around and interrupt our traveling because they cant keep up with their responsibilities within working in FAST FOOD.

Update 2024: gave them another chance to remember why I don’t go here. Don’t bother with this place, just keep driving another 30 minutes to Oglesby/ Peru. Staff is still incompetent, especially the drive through. Check your order before leaving the drive through to make sure it’s all there, and don’t move an inch until you’re sure it’s all there, Including toppings on the sandwich, I mean unless you want to eat a completely plain burger on a bun.

This Burger King is very good. The facility was very clean, cashier was quick fast and efficient. The food was very good. The fries were excellent. Hot, with the right saltiness and the taste was perfect. Didn’t know that BK fries were that good. Excellent job.

The Burger King seems brand new inside, despite the exterior – perhaps it’s currently getting renovated?
We were able to get some Great Whopper meals very quickly. Attached convenience store was also much nicer inside than it looked from the outside.

The counter and the back kitchen workers were the only two people working. She was taking orders going outside with drive thru orders and washing down tables. He was cooking the orders speedy. Our food was perfectly done. First time in a fast food that I left a tip. Wish it could have been more. The owners should give them a raise!!!!!

I will never come to this place ever again. Consistently inaccurate orders and the food is often not freshly prepared. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was literally swimming in mayonnaise and bbq sauce. I’ve never seen anything like this before. The food was inedible. The management here is failing.

Food was dry and not even Fresh. The Fries tasted like a (portapotty) and the Chicken was not even cooked or fresh at all and Employees are lazy to remake your food and they will just tell you they are gonna refund everything with attitude because they are that lazy never ever going to (Wenona, IL Burger King) again it sucks trust me people don’t spend ur (Money) on dry food thats not cooked.

Shout out to the shift leader. She helped me with my order in the most friendly way possible after my app screwed up (charging me six times without the order going through). And then, I screwed up and forgot to remove some toppings, and she was so nice about fixing the error on my part. You don’t often get good service at a fast food place, so I wanted to make sure she gets the kudos she deserved.
