Went through the drive-through tonight. The rudest lady greeted me at the window. She took my card to pay. I asked if we could have a drink carrier. She responded by ripping off her headset and tossing it down. She then proceeded to hand me each of the drinks. Along with my ice cream. Then she said oh here’s the carrier.”” At that point, I declined the carrier. I didn’t want to anger her anymore. It’s not easy to put drinks on the carrier. She then handed me my bag of food. I then asked for a small bag for two items that were going with my grandaughter who was with me. She thrusted the bag at me and said to me. You can leave now. I’m not sure why she was like that to me. If she hates her job. Then she needs to quit. Worst customer service I have ever had. Plus, my granddaughter saw her behavior.

Ordered a few ice cream items on the app. Went thru the drive thru and was told at the window their machine was down. Could’ve said something at the speaker. Gave us cookies instead. Would’ve rather have a refund to go elsewhere to get my kids the ice cream they wanted. The line and wait was super long too and the guy even tried telling us our total was 40 bucks.

This Burger King is very short staffed. There were two employees handling the whole restaurant. I went at 8:55pm and didn’t get my food until 9:25pm. They took over thirty minutes for me to get one meal! They didn’t print my receipt when I asked for one, because the machine was down. My fries were not hot and onion rings were mixed in with them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to call in the morning. Although the staff gal at the window had a pleasant attitude, I would not recommend this Burger King at this time. Plus, they were out of American cheese.

Workers don’t pay attention to what they are doing. A person walked in, started harassing customers, and filled his own drink cup with pop, and they didn’t notice or didn’t care. The person was yelling profanity they didn’t do anything acted as if nothing was happening. Won’t be back.

Whopper Jr with cheese is the only thing I ordered. Have been there multiple times and more than half the time, the cheese isn’t melted. Makes me wonder how hot the burger is to begin with.

My partner and I was eating there. Tables was dirty, burger was made incorrectly, tv was dreadfully loud. Honestly its fast food ( teenagers first job) what could you ask for it kinda sucked.

I love the Impossible Whopper. The service at this location was surprisingly good. I think the person behind the counter was new, but they were very friendly and everything in the order was correct. You really can’t ask for much more than that. I’m withholding one star because the fries at Burger King (all of them, not just this location) are not that great. If Burger King could make their fries better, I’d probably stop going to McDonald’s altogether.
