Ordered a double bacon cheese burger which I thought was on the value menu, but has doubled in price and the burger shrunk since the last I got one maybe a month ago. For the nearly five dollars I spent I could have gotten an entire happy meal at McDonald’s. Instead I got this dinky little burger and it’s the second time this year the cheese wasn’t even melted. I will only be back if I need to grab something for someone else, will not be getting my own food here again.

Always enjoy my visit here with my grandkids. On a hot day or a rainy day it’s the best place to take kids to get their energy out, play with friends and enjoy great food. Staff is always courteous, store always clean and if there is an issue the manager or staff jump right on it. Grateful for a indoor playground area and appreciate their hard work to keep it a clean and pleasant place to eat and play.

Who doesn’t love Whoppers? My favorite burger here. This last time I ordered two double cheese burgers and onion rings. There soda machine had every soda u could think of and variations of those. Like rootbeer with vanilla. I miss eating in my favorite fast foods drive thrus.

Children aren’t allowed in the playground with out socks-WHY?! The socks you had so “conveniently” for $1 were completely black when we got home. When was the last time the play area was cleaned? I want to dip my grandkids in sanitizer. Do you need a dollar that bad? I wouldn’t send my grandkids back in that thing without full body armor!

Absolutely awful place! 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I aren’t normally complainers. We understand employees are human and mistakes can happen. The last FIVE times we’ve been to this place, our order was wrong. Completely wrong food. I guess it was our bad for not checking before we drove off. Usually the food is cold, this time it was hot (we were both shocked). We continued to go because of the convenience. Moline BK is 10x better! Employees at EM BK don’t seem to really care, they’re there for a paycheck. Probably better off to just shut the place down with all these 1 star, poor reviews. Yikes.
