Got an order….. with a drink. Waited at second window. Guy passing the bag so rude and miserable barely says anything. I said I’m waiting for my drink. He rolls eyes goes back. Come with receipt says there isn’t a drink on there. I said I ordered it so… and it doesn’t matter here’s my card. Raises his hands up high says gotta go around if you want it! I went next door to Arby’s! And got my drink!!!!! Incompetent to make a correct order. Then just ride for their mistake.

They were ok I guess I mean customer service could be better. The girl who took my order didn’t say hi and didn’t make sure what she put down was what I asked for which made my order come out wrong. Not bad food but the customer service needs to be a lot better.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and went to place an order. I was asked to pull to the front and they would bring my food out to me. After waiting 20 mins and after I saw them bring an order out to another vehicle, I decided to go inside. Turns out my sandwich was ready and they had forgot about me. The employee apologized and service has been decent in the past. If not for that, I would have given this experience 1 star.

I stood and waited for 10 minutes at the counter without ordering. The girl avoided me and ignored the fact that I still needed to order. When a gentleman came around behind me she then proceeded to take his order while looking around me like I didn’t even exist. Never asked if I’d ordered or if I needed anything. When I tried to speak to her she looked away like she couldn’t hear me. Completely rude. I ended up leaving without any food at all.
