My mother was literally there not even 5 minutes ago and she went inside to order food and their system went down in the middle of trying to place an order so she was told she could go thru the drive-thru to finish her order and pay at the window. Like alright no problem and then she ordered the rest of the food thru the drive-thru and she asked for an order of the 8 piece cheesy tots and the girl that was working the cashier/order taking window didn’t even bother to ring it up but told my mom that she had it added! Then she got to the first window and paid for the order and she thought they forgot her order of cheesy tots. That’s when my mom said the girl didn’t ring it up! When she recieved the happy meals the food came in regular bags instead of the Halloween buckets that they are selling. She said she had to pay $2 extra for 2 of them! Lastly, the manager that was working on shift from how my mom put it is that she was REALLY snobby, rude and unprofessional! It’s VERY unlikely for my mom to say “I’m never going to that place ever again”!

Edit: I came back due to the $1 coupon from the BK app and honestly nothing has changed for the last 15 years. I posted a photo of the poor quality of food they serve. The same as usual.
They are always late even when I order 10-20 min in advance. I have done multiple surveys. It is a waste of your time. The validation code is more expensive than the online coupons. This place continues to be a joke.

DON’T PAY A KING’S RANSOM! Their quality of food is dishonorable and has been this way for well over a decade. The burgers are not even broiled anymore,they are microwaved,they are always under a heat lamp,the produce is always spoiled and the bread is always crushed. I don’t even bother with this forgotten franchise anymore. How the mighty have fallen. It would be a crime and punishment to serve this to anyone much less the homeless.

The driver thru worker was kind and he worked quickly and took care of me. I ordered the bacon king burger and I had 2 strips of bacon. What and absolute waste of $9!!!! I attempted to call 5+ times and nobody answered. My fries were fresh and warm but the mozz sticks are just meh. This place looks like it is closed because they hardly had any lights on. Will not come back.

I bought my son the new dragon meal for the movie and the slushy was watery,the sandwich made wrong and the mozzarella sticks stale.
I totally understand if you’re out of something But to just sell You uncarbonated stale pop, watery slushies and stale fries is not appetizing.
I also went there 2 hours before closing So I am assuming they were maybe cleaning up and shut the fryers down early.

On 3/6/25 around noonish My friend wanted a bite to eat so he went to this location and ordered the two whopper special and a lemonade with no ice. When he got to the window he realized his order was more than usual and asked about it, the person was very abrasive and rude. They told him he had to ask for the special correctly or they charged for two sandwiches, never asking, sir or ma’am would you like the special that we’re offering. If that wasn’t enough they still put ice in the lemonade.
