Burger King is certainly not what it used to be! Tried BK after some years of staying away, this Burger was the pits. The atmosphere was nice, the CSR was nice, but the Burger wasn’t fit for human consumption!

I went today and order the 2 meals for $14 and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, total was $37 and cents. I paid then I search the prices online for the spicy chicken Jr and it didn’t make sense so I asked the lady that took my order what spicy chicken sandwiches she charge me for and she charge me for the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. I nicely told her I that asked for the Jr spicy chicken and before I finished my sentence she cut me off and said to me ” there is a $17 difference and you’re not able to tell that you’re paying a lot” and left, I was going to keep the ones she charge me for. I was only asking her about it but since she was extremely rude to me I gave her my card and asked her to refund me the difference. She told me that I had to go to the back of the line and there were like 5 cars behind me. I did not move because she kept my card. The spicy chicken sandwiches didn’t had the sauce either. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was caucasian and heavy probably around 230lbs.

Those bat nuggets kinda sucked. Didn’t realize when ordering nuggets they were a special shape that hardens extra quick. Not a big fan. Also the frozen coke kinda tasted… funny. Fries were underwhelming.

This place is FILTHY! The toilet paper in the woman’s bathroom is sitting on top of the holder not even inside the container for the toilet paper could come out, you literally have to pick up the huge roll of toilet paper and manually take off what you need. Men have used the woman’s bathroom there’s urine all around the toilet, the floors are nasty. The condiment counter is disgusting there’s ketchup dirt everything spread all over. The machine pop machine was out of ice it took up to 30 minutes to get it filled with ice the people behind the counter are rude like you are bothering them. And the food is always microwaved even when you ask for it fresh so I do not suggest going here.

Employees are rude, and drive thru wait time is ridiculous- any time of the day. They open at 6am, and I got there at 630. Not one person in front of me, and I STILL waited 6min for a 3pc French toast, just for it to be cold too. Another time, i ordered an icee, and she gave it to me as liquid. So I asked for the other flavor, and she gave it to me liquid as well. Why not just tell me they aren’t ready? So I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes. No common sense, or manners. Definitely don’t recommend. UNLESS you’re really starving.

I waited about 30 minutes in line and in the drivethru the employee spoke to me and I told her dordash and she remained silent because she passed because I was going to freeze waiting and at the window she treated me very badly saying that I had to stand in line again so that she repeated that I was going to look for dordash, very bad her attitude and badly educated with the service

Went through drive up at about 8:50 pm. Ordered 2 whopper meals with onion rings and a kids meal. Whoppers were cold. Onion rings were cold with a few hot mixed in among.? My 3 year old granddaughters fries were cold. Paid 33.00 dollars. Very disappointed. Changed management recently and seemed to be spot on during the day. Evening hours failed miserably.

The morning crew here is rude and messes up my order everytime I’m there. The guy at drive through is snippy. I don’t bother going to this location in the morning anymore because of the trash service.
