I felt like i was in the twilight zone! Wednesday at 1:15 pm Drive thru was wrapped around the lot so i decided to go inside. When i got inside i realized why it was so backed up, they were under staffed and it seemed like someone was a new hire ( training) . After about a 10 minute wait, I was finally asked what i would like to order. I ordered a whopper junior meal . She handed me my cup so I can fill it and the fountain machine. They were out of EVERY soda except coke zero. I thought fine whatever. After I filled my soda she hands me my order. I walked back to my car to eat. Open my bag French fries are cold not room temperature COLD. I feel my burger it is also cold. I usually don’t do this but i went back inside to let them know. She takes the bag from me tells the person in back that I said it was cold (in Spanish) The cook takes the fries and puts them back into the deep fryer and microwaves my burger!! At this point I AM DONE!! NEVER AGAIN so much for fast food in a hurry. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I went too eat at Burger King. It taste good. I ate a Hamburger fries and a coke. A grilled Cheese Hamburger. The only thing I forgot too ask for cheese on my whopper. I asked her, for cheese on my whopper. I said sorry my fault I forgot too ask you, for cheese on my whopper. But the lady told me, that’s ok if you want cheese on your Whopper, I will give it too you. She said it will be 80 cents more for the cheese. I said that’s ok. So so she charge for the cheese, and I paid with my Debit Card and it went through, and she added the cheese. I also had an Ice Cream serve, Ice Cream. Love it.

It has been limited time that I can count that BK has let me down like McDonald’s has the one on 5500 cermak road. Like maybe 2 times I had to go back to correct my order yet McDonald’s another story. But today they really had me have it my way no lie. I asked for a plastic bag they dint have any and asked if I wanted an ice bag I said yes. Yes I said yes I had more than one kid on me, yes give me the ice bag. BK those really have it your way
Ok so after reading some reviews I remembered that in my BK account I had a 7$ small Italian BK royal crispy sandwich and when I gave the code they told me they dint have any that they don’t make those at that BK. I asked if it worked with any other sandwich sinse the code was already taken she said no. She was a very pretty girl from my angel she looked short she has big eyes like big eyes but very pretty and polite in the speaker

Since the remodel, this is one of the better Burger Kings in the city. Cheese is always melted and burgers are always perfectly cooked. I’m always in and out in under 5 minutes no matter what I order. Only thing to watch out for is the homeless people that hang around in the morning, but so far they have yet to do anything. Drive-thru is crazy narrow though, no large cars or trucks are fitting through there.
Overall, great food, especially the Croissanwich which is perfect everytime!

Burgers King has not gotten better with time. The food is overpriced and not worth the money anymore. They don’t freshly cook the Burgers anymore like they use to per order. You can tell from not just the taste but the temperature of the Burgers.
I ordered the new chicken wrap they are selling for $2.99.. do not buy this item. The taste is good but for $2.99 the wrap is the size of a MP3 player. The chicken inside is so small it looks as if they cut a chicken nugget in half and separated it into two wraps. But actually it’s one chicken Strip cut in half and placed in separate tortilla shells.
Okay BK I see I’m not getting things my way as advertised. I’ll just stop buying food from you all and move on to Chick-fil-A.

Best location ever!!! The environment is cozy and inviting. Food was tasty and cooked perfectly. The staff are exceptional providing elite customer service. They work like a family which is beautiful to see. More business need to take note from them. Well done!!!

They took like 10 minutes for a number 7 … That’s isn’t the worst part.. The chicken sandwich was burnt from the outside, no sauce, plain, and inside was raw.. I thru up after and couldn’t get out of work to take them their sandwich back. I’m a fan of Burger King but this is just a bad Burger King yuck !!!

Really bad! I’ve gotten my order through the drive thru 2 times and they’ve botched my order! Don’t order from the drive thru because they’re only gonna mess it up for you! I’ve called and my complaint and they asked for me to go ahead and return. When I shouldn’t have too because my order should’ve been
