Was here around 530 pm to place waited for at least 5 minutes personal went to take my order.. food was good The biggest concern is how can they operate a restaurant without restrooms needed to wash my hands I was told by manager restroom out service.. I asked the manager for a couple of water so I can rinse my hands by the soda machine, which is very nasty to do that in front of people, but no choice my hands dirty

Went there today at 11:15 p.m. before going in for work… After waiting outside almost 8 minutes for fresh cheese sticks… I’m very upset to find a very old hard chicken nuggets with no sauce… If they weren’t in there playing on their phones maybe they could throw out the old nuggets and cook new ones. Just moved to River Forest and stopped by this Burger King with my wife for some Whoppers. The food was piping hot and super fresh! No joke, every time I’ve come here, my order has been hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and fast. Best Burger King I’ve been to in years!

Nicest & most clean Burger King I have ever been to my entire life. Clean bathroom, clean eating area. I’ve been here two times in the past two weeks and I had good service and fresh food. When I am in taste of a Whopper this will be my go to Burger King. Good job guys

Can’t order because they always have attitude, can’t get anything correct, can’t count. Speaks no English and gets upset cause I’m supposed to know a different language. Food cold, service sucks. Started ordering with doordash, and yes, this beats it. I’m definitely not getting food from here again

The manager today in the morning lie straight to my face about not having bags to sell me ice. Three days ago she didn’t have bags. Yesterday a male cashier was there and sold me the bag of ice. Today when she is the only cashier she doesn’t have bags for ice. Burger King corporate please do something. If the sales is $1.65 she is not going to the trouble of serving ice on a bag. Horrible i stop there every day and being lied like that is embarrassing.

I don’t often review fast food places but this burger king is top notch! Food always hot whether it’s dine in or drive thru. Clean facility, with nice decor even the drink machine sparkles. Not sure who manages the place but bravo .
