Place was very clean and workers were all nice. Definitely was very quiet and not busy when I went. Only issued that exist are that the self pour soda machine only had a few options of sprite or coke as everything else ran out. Also bathroom is locked and requires a code which is found on the receipts or given by employees.

UPDATE 6/20: I ordered through the app again. Although they got my whopper right, instead of giving me chicken fries they gave me mozzarella sticks . I tried calling them but, of course, they didn’t pick up their phone. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN (unless I want a wrong order)

Honestly I’ve never even been able to eat here because they are never open when they say they are. Tonight at 9pm, nothing when their hours are listed til 2am. No note on the door. This has happened SO many times even when the BK app is accepting orders at this location. Same for multiple delivery attempts when orders are accepted but never filled. I’ve even driven through the drive through & have been told I cannot place an order during their open hours. All of this would be manageable with correct operating hours on ALL outlets or at the very least a simple sign on a door or the drive-thru as emergencies & short-staffing happens. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m up to nearly 10x trying this place – not near advertised closing times & have succeeded 0. That’s a lot IMO.

No shakes, soft drink machine didn’t work for dine in. TVs are off, men’s room out pf order, dining room is missing a bunch of chairs. I’ve been in hospital waiting rooms that are more inviting that this.

Burger King is my favorite fast food place for hamburgers. Nothing beats a flame broiled whopper. You can usually get a deal two for five buy one get one free anything along those lines. Service is always very prompt and courteous. They even have a sense of humor check out the pictures

Even though they don’t have enough staff and are overworked they still do a better job than most places. Great small staff. You do have to wait a bit longer but their customer service is great.

Today, June 29, 2021, was my first time buying from this establishment. Nevertheless, I witnessed a level of poor customer service that I have never seen in my life. Not only did the worker spoke limited English they were disrespectful to most of their customers. As I sat and watched I was floored as the male cashier said “go buy somewhere else”.
