I always come here since its 24/7 but it always seems to fail me. Always something wrong or missing.
I ordered 7 double cheeseburger and got 7 single ones. If I got charged the singles okay fine but I got charged the doubles price. I did not want to go back since its a 15 min drive for me. Very unacceptable.

Horrible we waited over 30 minutes with my autistic 7 year old who is extremely impatient for one. And then when we get to the window we waited long and then finally after receiving half of my order I didn’t leave checked order infront of the woman at the window. I told the woman that I was missing two whoppers and 3 drinks. Okay so the lady says okay and proceeded back to get my items. Already waited over 30 minutes with a crying child in the back. Then the manager comes back and asks again what we’re missing so I told him and then leaves then comes back and says I’m questioning the whoppers because I know I made them so then my husband immediately hands him the bags back we never left the window and checked infront of your employee then he still argues with my husband and then we are told to pull over so he can make them fresh no apology or anything and mind you now my wait is 40 plus minutes my kid is crying because she is hungry and sitting for well over her limit with tolerate. The worst experience from a manager and store in general. I will be contacting the corporate for this location tomorrow when they open.

City worker on snow plow .. had to badly use the washroom no other place was open and refused admission to use washroom by manager..this location is open 24 hours by the way.. they clearly saw the snow plow in front of establishment!! 11000 south kedzie location… so grateful for Dunkin Donuts on the corner !!

I decided to stop by here as the new Italian royal crispy chicken sandwich piqued my interest. Here are my thoughts.
Italian Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich:
A clean looking with almost no mess from the sauce. There is sauce on both sides of the sandwich and the bun is toasted. A lot of the sandwich is hidden so you don’t see much. The cheese is disappointing. They could have done so much more with a higher-grade mozzarella instead of the plastic texture cheap mozzarella that actually tastes as well as looks like provolone. The sauce doesn’t send the sandwich home either. I ended up adding my own sweet basil marinara sauce which made it better.
Mozzarella sticks:
They actually almost cooked them perfectly. They were a little dark from being in the frier a few seconds too long, but otherwise perfectly melted & full of cheesy goodness. This Burger King doesn’t sprinkle salt on them like the weird one near me. They were delectable. You can’t help, but savor every bite.
Overall, this is a decent Burger King. They got my order out on time & the food was fresh. Unfortunately, I don’t see the Italian royal crispy chicken sandwich as a mainstay on the menu so it’ll most likely be gone by next Summer.
