Omg if I could give this place 0 STARS I WOULD!!! The attitude here is beyond me, you women that work there need to really work on your customer service because if life wasn’t already hard I would gladly put you in your place over some onion rings. Told the manager if I could come pick them up since I was close because they weren’t in the bag but had one magically in the half ate fries.. but her response was first about a receipt, which the two children they have working the drive thru didn’t give me one I don’t think they even knew where they were working asking me if I ordered a mcchicken like what?? So… she had nothing to offer besides a nasty attitude, which she could’ve kept because really I’m with all that and if I didn’t know any better I would’ve acted out. Moral of the story, don’t eat here, THE REVIEWS DON’T LIE.

Food was good, but I ordered Coke,(drive thru) later I found out there was barely Coke, all water. Now, do we have to taste our drinks before leaving the drive thru? Please manage to serve quality products that people pay for.

They really try to charge me on my redeem points and charge me for my sauce that was supposed to come with my side order. They wanted to argue with me and made me look like I was trying to get free stuff. They ended up putting a lot of sauce on my burgers. Very rude service the register employee didn’t take my order correctly.

Needed to buy an item to use the restroom for my daughter. Cashier took my money but had an attitude against me. In brief I didn’t get the sprite I ordered or access to the bathroom which I paid for. I think it is inconsiderate to do this to a child. Wasn’t much of BK customer but definitely not even a chance. Whoever was my cashier need training.

I did the pre order using the app, the food was okay. I was not happy the way a manager addressed a paying customer. He asked about a sandwich and her sharp response was “what you see is what it is”

The staff is so rude and disrespectful to me. I am always respectful but they are not. I noticed they are very friendly to other customers but I am always disrespected by them. Location should close since the staff is not good at all.
