One night, I rolled into Burger King way past the usual dinner rush, half-expecting the place to feel tired and quiet. Instead, the employees turned what could’ve been an ordinary late-night food stop into one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked in, they greeted me with big smiles and genuine energy, like I was the first customer of the day instead of the last. My cookie fresh , my fresh perfectly salted , the way the cup was given to me , the perfect amount of napkins needed, it was like they read my mind.When I walked out and the outside breeze touched my face , I instantly wanted to go back , to that warm feeling that I felt in that Burger King. It was perfect and the experience was a 10/10

So I was thrown at this Burger King because I was in the area. I will be honest I stopped eating burgers a few years back trying to be more health conscious. Nevertheless, I wanted something light so I ordered fries, chicken fries and a cookie with water.
Pro- the bathrooms were fairly clean and the ambiance was fairly welcoming. The wait time is long and when you are served the meal is cold. I have been at a few Macdonald’s and I see why their competitor is doing better than them. At McDonald’s if you order a meal and you are dining in the server finds your table because you collected a number after your order which enabled the server to find you and present you with a warm meal. Moreover , they welcomed you as you entered as well.
Now that is called good customer service. Besides I thought businesses tried to outdo their competitor but not Burger King . I do hope they improve their service, customer service and meal preparation.

Time after time the service at this Burger King disappoints. It just happens to be in between the expressway and my home which is why I’ve visited more than once. One of my experiences includes no one answering the drive thru window during operation hours. Tonight, the friends of employees went through the drive thru in reverse and then repeatedly told me I was the one going backwards while he and his employee friends were laughing. This location needs a solid evening manager that’s gonna cut the crap and run the business the way it should.
